   Since the wilton has changed ownership i have been in 4 times, the last time being today, what a shock I got, very limited choice. Went for the 3 course lunch special, only 2 out of 4 starters available, only fish and chips and a kebab I think on the mains, could be one more, every thing else crossed off. Looked at the main menu, no steaks all crossed out, loads of pasta crossed out, just ravioli available, can't say about pizzas and burgers didn't look, by this time I was thinking I should of gone elsewhere, and the icing on the cake was, I asked for a cup of tea, no teabags and no milk!!!!! Great restaurant not, if you've nothing to offer why were you open, if you were waiting for a delivery you should of stayed shut

   Had a lovely birthday here yesterday with friends. Our waitress Ash was fantastic and so friendly as were all the staff. We were really happy with our food and I got my meal for free for my birthday how nice is that. Will Def go back again. Thanks again to all the waitresses who were brilliant

   So went to the Wilton Arms Today with my daughter for a bit of lunch and a catch up. Free Carpark(But you have to enter your car registration as you enter the Pub otherwise you could get a ticket). Warm welcome ordered 2 pints of Madri and sat in the restaurant and had a look at the menu, Something for everyone, Great pint, Crisp and ice cold. For food my daughter ordered Hunters Chicken with chips and peas and I ordered the Double Chicken Burger with Dirty Kebab Fries(Hot sauce, Jalapeños) and a side order of Cheesy Garlic bread. Food was a generous portion, Well presented, hot and really tasty, My daughter really enjoyed her Hunters Chicken and cleaned her plate, My Burger meal was again very well presented, Generous portion, Food was really tasty and again I cleaned my plate l. Service was great, Polite and friendly staff, Pub, Bar and Restaurant were spotlessly clean, Food was delicious, Massive venue with a restaurant, Bar area etc. We highly recommend the Wilton Arms and very generous portions and great value for money. 5☆

   Good lunchtime stop off on our 9k walk from Heaton Park tram stop to Rhodes taking in Heaton Park itself and The River Irk. We had the Chicken wraps and a welcome couple of pints of Doom Bar, hand pulled, no complaints at all! Definitely recommend!

   I came here with two friends for a mid week catch up and some food. The food was exactly what we expected for pub food, it was well cooked, tasty, hot and we waited a reasonable amount of time to be served. I liked the fact that smaller portions were available for some of the dishes because I fancied a dessert but didn’t want to oversize myself. I opted for the small portion of gammon, one friend ordered the fajitas and another friend ordered rump steak.

   Debbie the General Manager is an asset to this business. The food was of a good quality and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is friendly and the team are attentive at all times. I give this pub 5 stars and recommend anyone to make a visit

   Came for a meal with the family on a busy Saturday night. The staff and service was brilliant despite the staff being rushed off their feet. The food was spot on. Had a really good night. Thanks for the great hospitality. Will be recommending to our friends and family and will definitely come back again.

   Having visited this place on numerous occasions and being very disappointed with the food (undercooked chips, way too much bbq sauce smothering the food etc) we heard about the new menu so wanted to give it another try. The place was empty with most of the tables reserved. The menus were sticky. I think they may have been left at the bar and drinks left on them. However the food today was lovely. Cooked to perfection with a great choice. Nice prices and a lovely selection of gin available as well. Would visit again.
