“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! “Nice cafe with usual Tesco menu. Food excellently cooked and presented, and even the beans were hot (which in my experience of most cafes is unusual). Cheerful and efficient staff and good atmosphere. What was really good was that you ordered at the counter rather at the impersonal machines which is becoming the norm (and is the reason we tend to avoid several other Tesco Cafes).”

“I love this place! Emma's a wonderful talent and her flowers are simply beautiful. The little coffee shop is also amazing. You always get a warm welcome and a place to sit, enjoy a friendly chat and put the world to rights over fantastic coffee and delicious cakes. It's definitely one of my favourite places for sure.”

“I’ve been coming to The Hare and Hounds in Middleton week after week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the classic Sunday roast to the rotating chef’s specials, the food is consistently 10/10 — it’s far beyond what you’d expect from pub food and easily rivals high-end restaurants. Every dish is beautifully presented, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are almost unbelievable given the quality you get. Drinks are also great value, with top brands served at very reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, no matter how busy it gets. They always do their best to accommodate everyone including dietary needs, and make you feel right at home. Whether you’re after a comforting roast, a special night out, or just a few drinks in a warm atmosphere, this place delivers every time. “THIS is the pub to go to if ever you have the chance. And if you've been before, but not since late 2023 - ga again. New, young owners have revitalised the Tavern whilst keeping all the old, well lived traditional features. The food is fantastic, dogs are very welcome. There is even home-made doggy ice-cream, dog snacks and hand-made dog leads for sale. There's a small tuck shop and board games for kids. Lovely walks all around. WINNER OF PUB OF THE YEAR 2025.”

“Taxi Drivers around Manchester have been telling me about this place for so long with rave reviews and I didn’t take their advice until this weekend and I’m on my 5th consecutive day ordering. The Kobedi’s (kebab) are absolutely unreal (Sahara Grill Rochdale restaurant level) so this is my go to order, however I’ve sampled the Chicken and Lamb kebabs too and they’re unreal. All the meat is quality and cooked to perfection in the clay ovens. When I say this is the best takeaway I’ve ever had (to the point of me deleting my JustEat and Domino’s app) you better believe it. Unreal.”
