“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! “What a well stocked supermarket. Everything you want you can find here. Fish ( live), are really good and it's prepared for you. Staff are helpful if you ask anything and prices are reasonable. Easy to park and worth a visit. Great upstairs restaurant too, lunchtime is popular.”

“Just called and spoke to a very nice lady asking if they had a certain paint in for my daughters bedroom I bought a tub a while back she put me on hold and when she came back they had none in and I really needed another one to finish my daughters room off so she took my number and said she will ring a different store where she was working tomorrow and if they had one in she would ask them to save it and she would pick it up gor me and bring it into the middleton store on Saturday when dhes next in for me to pick up that is first class help I really dont know of anyone else that would do thst as I dont drive what great customer service I can now finish my daughters room on Saturday and ill have one happy child a big thanks to the lady who delt with my phone call and thankyou to poundstrecher”

“What a fabulous team at Kitchen Envy. Paul, his son (also) Paul, Gaz the kitchen fitter, Lewis who did the quartz and his team…every one of them went the extra mile. Paul helped me design the kitchen, although I knew roughly what I wanted, he guided me the right way. I’m so pleased with the finished result.
