A first class job done by Mills Hill Kitchens. From the design to the fitting of the kitchen. Although Jon must have been pulling his hair with me. I just couldn’t make up my mind over the colours or which door I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. I was given a schedule so I knew who would be coming on which day and this ran like clockwork. Jon and his team were all professional. Craig the fitter was brilliant, he arrived early and got on with the job. Just made sure he had plenty of coffee. The rest of the team electricians, plumbers, plasterer were equally efficient and professional. Will definitely highly recommend this company.
It's been 4 months since MHKB completed my kitchen, long enough to be able to give a proper review. Jon was recommended to us from a family member who had previously had work done. Following a meeting at the house to measure up and discuss options, we received a quote really quickly. We asked for some minor changes such as the addition of a built in microwave, and agreed to go ahead with the works. We were then issued a schedule of dates for the works which was really helpful as we were waiting to move in to the property and the schedule gave us some certainty on dates. The work progressed well in line with the schedule, taking 3 weeks to complete. The planning and execution of the works were great, but where MHKB really stood out was the quality of the work. the kitchen fitter who did the majority of the work was exceptional, he really had an eye for detail and every single finish throughout the whole kitchen was perfect. I'd give 6 stars for this aspect if i could, the work was outstanding. Where minor changes were required, these were communicated well and good solutions put in place. The quartz worktop was installed by a contractor, and again was a great finish all done on time. We had one small issue with the location of a socket under the sink for the integrated washer and dishwasher, but this was rectified really quickly and with no fuss at all. I really can't recommend MHKB enough, and if you're lucky enough to get the fitter that we got, you won't be disappointed. We've used the kitchen for 4 months now and not had a single issue or complaint about anything, a brilliant experience from start to finish.
Brilliant professional friendly service from start to finish. Jon talked through all the options and choices and made the whole process smooth. Craig the fitter is a perfectionist and it shows in the attention to detail. I was really impressed with the lack of mess as my kitchen is only small but everywhere was cleaned up each night. From Craig the plasterer, Chris the Gas fitter/plumber and Reece and Daniel the electricians the whole process was slick. I would thoroughly recommend Millshill Kitchens and Bedrooms without hesitation. Tiling separate.
We had a new kitchen fitted by Jon and his team recently and the whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Jon is very professional and his communication is 1st class keeping me updated with everything and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Craig the fitter was punctual, reliable and very hardworking and kept us informed of what he was doing and always asking if we were happy with what he was doing before he done it. He worked incredibly hard and is brilliant at what he does. I am more than happy with my new kitchen so wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jon and Craig for any future work they are highly rated and trusted and can't fault them at all. Jon makes getting a new kitchen easy and less stressful with all his ideas and nothing is too much trouble and Craig is friendly, tidy and excellent at what he does. If your looking for a new kitchen these are your guys!
We have just had our new kitchen fitted by Jon and the team. We are both so pleased with it and think it looks so nice and bright. It was difficult to decide on the new design and Jon was really helpful and provided lots ideas/plans and samples. The whole team have been so professional with great communication throughout and always there when they said they would be. The whole process went so smoothly. Craig the fitter was great, his workmanship is of the highest standard. He worked long hours to get everything finished and nothing was to much trouble. Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.
We have used Jon for two projects now and we are equally impressed with the standard of work both times. Jon kept us updated right the way through from start to finish and completed their work on schedule. We would highly recommend him and his team.
