   What a great service I received of Beverley . Very helpful explaining everything I needed to know about my sale .She never rushed me left me to look until I was ready to buy my sofa . Went back day after to complete sale with Beverley and she is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable as thou I had known her ages . She definitely knows her job and is an asset to scs oldham 5***** for a great sales assistant highly recommend .

   seriously avoid this place. The sofas don’t last, the foam collapses and the coatings are far too frail. Don’t even look at their electric recliners. They’ll tell you their products are all guaranteed for a long time so don’t worry about it. But as soon as you try and claim on the guarantee they’ll find an excuse to wriggle out of it. Not worth the paper it’s written on. Little better than thieves.

   Great experience at the Oldham store. Just walked in told them what we needed and wanted something for immediate delivery and luckily for us they had something in the back! Cathy was helpful and with the store manager sorted out a great price for a 3 piece suite and two coffee tables. Thanks

   Entered store and immediately lady sales assistant asked if we were OK, told her we were just looking. She followed us around asking questions, what was our budget, what were we looking for. Like we said we just wanted to look at 1st but she made us feel very uncomfortable there behind us all the time. Left and will not purchase. Went to DFS and totally different no pressure sales at all.

   I brought my elderly dad in to look at and try out riser recliner chairs. We were greeted at the door by a young female and she didn't do any hard sell, very knowledgeable about the products but most importantly she was patient, kind and compassionate with dad making sure he got what was most suitable for his needs. So Jodie thanks you displayed good old fashioned communication skills and made the purchase simple.

   Called in with a good idea of colour and material of the sofa we required. Bev (sales assistant) was helpful, knowledgable and polite. Found the one we wanted. Now we only have to see if their delivery Service is as good and punctual? (Which is very pricey at £99).

   shocking service, ordered my carpet which was all ok carpet was fitted on wednesday got a phone call from the fitter not even the shop to be told the wrong size carpet had been ordered and he would ring scs to ordered the new one. Got a call from the manager at elk mill to say the sales rep joanne would ring me the following day. joanne rang me at 10am with no information and didnt even know what she was ringing me for i asked her to read the notes and ring me back,still waiting on the call back i did chase at 4pm (thursday)and was told an email would be send to joanne to call me. Now friday 11.30 im still waiting for the call even after i sent an email. shocking service yet again had a problem 3 years ago with this company. will never use again

   Recently visited the Oldham store, such a lovely, friendly team and all really helpful. Joanne, James and Cathy were amazing, as was the Store Manager who's name we didn't get. Highly recommended, very helpful and informative. La-Z-Boy sofas ordered and very excited, happy customers. Thanks to all the team working over the Christmas season x

   Went in to try to find a sofa for my aunty B . She bought 2 beautiful armchairs , and a lovely young man called James helped us . He was fabulous, very helpful, and friendly a credit to the store , we probably would have walked out without anything without his help , 5 stars .

The "sales" staff in this store are amazing. They are let down by management and customer services. Read the rest of the reviews on here they say the same. Staff are amazing, the management, delivery and customer services are atrocious. Have a read
