Craig the fitter is a perfectionist and it shows in the attention to detail. I was really impressed with the lack of mess as my kitchen is only small but everywhere was cleaned up each night. From Craig the plasterer, Chris the Gas fitter/plumber and Reece and Daniel the electricians the whole process was slick. “I have worked in the kitchen industry for over 15 years myself and have become very particular about what i wanted for my 'dream' kitchen. I can say that Daniel Scott delivered everything i expected. If you are looking for a true in-frame, bespoke kitchen which is timeless in it's design and will stand the test of time with the quality of workmanship you will really narrow down your options of who can really deliver this. Daniel Scott did not disappoint and were on-time and on-budget. My kitchen has been fitted for over a year now (yes apologies it took so long to write my review) and it still looks brand new. The quality, craftmanship and the installation process were all to a very high standard, everything feels very solid and smooth. If you are opting for a true in-frame kitchen, by definition they are not cheap, but i definitely feel i got great value for a top quality kitchen. The beauty of this type of kitchen is the timeless design and high quality materials, when it needs updating i will just have it painted another colour. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“I am so pleased a neighbour recommended Kancho as we'd been looking for a kitchen fitter for almost 2 years. Kancho was great right from the start. He arrived with a designer and electrician and within a couple of days we had the first design. Our original kitchen was awkward which limited our design options but Kancho was able to overcome these issues and was prepared to customise some of the units to give us as much storage as possible. We made some changes to the design and we soon had the perfect kitchen on paper. The installation went very well, even though there were issues along the way (uneven walls etc), but Kancho being Kancho was always optimistic, enthusiastic and never appeared stressed. We love our new kitchen and it matches the plans. We never thought it would be possible but we've got our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Kancho for his professionalism, great chats/attitude and integrity!! Kancho, if you're reading this, feel free to pop over whenever you're in the area, there will always be a Latte with 3 sugars here for you :-)”

I don't regret a slightly and would buy again from Shane if needed.Unlike the major kitchen retail store, Shane was happy to help and replied to my enquiries. John supported us with finding the product code and bespoke size we needed straight away. Went out of his way to help us arrange a pick up order with Nottingham branch despite them wanting us to ring back on Monday. Got the order all sorted thanks to John! Definitely will be coming back to Manchester in the future to see John for our kitchen orders.”

“We're so pleased with our new kitchen from Magnet. It's the second Magnet kitchen we've had in 15 years. The original kitchen was so good, it's gone to a new home in Wilmslow! The design service provided by Sam and Michael was excellent and there was no pushy sales style anywhere to be seen. The kitchen was delivered on the day and time agreed, and was then installed by Ryan over the next 3 weeks. Ryan was also a joy to deal with and the finish of the kitchen is superb. We did have a couple of minor supply issues and these were resolved quickly and professionally by Natasha and Chris.... It's often the case that companies can best be judged by their response to problems. Thanks to the whole team in Sale and at the factory for a great customer experience.... And see you in 20 years!”

“We approached Kitchen Design Centre Manchester in May 2025 for ideas to renew our kitchen. They had been recommended by a friend who vouched for the efficiency of the installation and qualify of the product. We met with Paul Harrington and arranged for him to come and view the kitchen and measure up. Paul went to a great deal of effort to understand our needs and preferences and budget. He came up with a design incorporating our wish to have a peninsula feature. He helped us chose the units, appliances, worktops and flooring. The experience was very personal and Paul was very pleasant to deal with. The kitchen was fitted in July 2025. We had gone for a full refit, including taking the plaster off the walls and ceilings. The refit was handled throughout by one of KDC's fitting teams led by Billy. Pretty much everything went to plan - inevitably there were a few glitches and items not arriving and more mess than we anticipated but it was a big job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Billy helped us retain items for a temporary kitchen in another room and helped us dispose of the old working appliances, which we had not expected. The flooring job was very efficiently handled. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. The Neff appliances are fantastic, linked to our phone and can be activated remotely. The units are top quality. 4 months in there have been no teething problems and it seems surprisingly easy to keep clean. You will not get the cheapest kitchen from KDC but you will get a personal service and a top quality kitchen. We would definiteky”

“Just had my kitchen done and couldn’t be happier with the result. There was clear communication throughout the job. I only had to phone the owner / ask the fitter if I had a query about ongoing work and it was sorted. Being a full, back to brick renovation, we encountered some problems we hadn’t foreseen with the joists and wiring. All this was clearly explained to us and everything has been re-done to a very high standard. The kitchen was finished yesterday and left in pristine condition.”
