   From our first experience at the showroom, where we met Molly, Design Consultant, to the completion of our new kitchen, we have encountered a first class and friendly service.The showroom provided a comprehensive guide of the available kitchens, aided by Molly’s helpful advice. On the next working day Molly visited our home and designed an excellent layout. When we had a query about possible dampness/condensation behind the existing units, she was able to point us in the right direction for successful advice and guidance. Throughout she has kept a close eye on progress of the fitting to ensure our complete satisfaction. We would recommend Moorgate Kitchens without any hesitation. The recommended fitters were also excellent and considerate. We commend especially Lloyd , in overall control of the tradesmen and an excellent worker who never broke any promises and finished within the predicted timescales; Morgan, the electrician, who stayed until 9 pm on his last visit to ensure we had a working oven; and Matty, the plumber, who, when there was a last minute glitch with a small leak, persevered until the source was identified and fixed. Overall a great team who did not let us down. We also mention Wez, recommended by Molly, for the flooring, whose meticulous attention to detail ensured we had the perfect floor to complement our new kitchen. In short, our experience from start to finish was first class; to be highly commended and recommended.

Once again, they exceeded all expectations! We asked Mark to wow us with a new design, and that’s exactly what he did! The result is beyond anything we could have imagined—we're absolutely delighted with how it turned out. From the very beginning, the team at Moorgate were fantastic: brilliant design ideas, endless patience, and top-rate support through every stage of the process. Choosing appliances, worktops, and finishings took us a while, but the team were incredibly patient with us and provided expert guidance. John's meticulous attention to detail during the installation was truly impressive. He approached the task with the same level of care and precision as if he were installing it for himself.    We had our kitchen replaced 10 years ago by Moorgate kitchens and the units and doors are still perfect but we fancied a change of worktops to spruce it up. We dealt with Molly who was so helpful and amazing throughout. We choose to have new worktops with a new sink and tap. The fitter Tom was brilliant, he was very friendly and his workmanship was second to none. We would highly recommend Moorgate kitchens.

   We had made the decision to get a new kitchen and our main concerns were about who to go with for quality, reliability, professionalism, costs and good customer service. I came across Moorgate Kitchens by chance and checked their reviews first and then decided to make an appointment to go and see them. Our designer was Amy. She designed the kitchen, suggested ideas and showed us all the different options for cupboards, colours and handles etc and after a couple of tweaks we were very happy with what had been put together. A couple of weeks before installation was due to start, Amy came out with the joiner so he could check that there were no obvious problems and for him to speak to us about the design of the kitchen. We were also given a date schedule for deliveries and tradesmen so we knew exactly what was planned. Our joiner Darren was first class and did an excellent job and he was very tidy in his work.The kitchen looked fantastic when he'd finished. From the initial appointment through to the very end of installation, the whole process ran very smoothly and Amy was always at hand for any questions and making sure everything was done as expected. The only issue we had was a damaged cutlery draw insert which Amy ordered for replacement straight away. We would certainly recommend Moorgate Kitchens!

   We had our kitchen fully remodelled by Moorgate Kitchens. Amy designed it and listened to all our needs. We were very delighted with the design. Amy managed the project really well and was always a phone call away whenever we had any concerns. All the works were carried out on time and deliveries were prompt too. Darren fitted our kitchen and we are very pleased with his work. All the tradesmen were very punctual and polite. We would highly recommend Moorgate Kitchens! Thanks from Mr & Mrs Mehmood.

Ours has just recently been completed and we couldn’t be more pleased, we dealt with Molly who designed and helped us choose from a large range of top quality kitchen displays. Molly was so helpful and available with any queries we had along the way in a very professional manor also Paul the fitter did a really good job and we are now enjoying our much longed for new kitchen.

   I can't recommend Moorgate enough. We needed a new kitchen but had no idea how to start. The staff at Moorgate were incredibly helpful and gave us many ideas. When Molly actually showed us what our kitchen would look like I couldn't wait to get started. She designed a kitchen that fit our budget and space to a tee. The installer Darren was fabulous. All of the tradesmen were professional and helpful. They all showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. We love the finished result. It has completely transformed our space and our whole house. If we ever need a bathroom or kitchen again I would happily use Moorgate again.

   We would definitely recommend Moorgate. We dealt with Mark who produced the design based on our requirements and explained our options for the different kitchen ranges, appliances and worktops etc. There was no “hard sell” and he was willing to take time to revisit details until we were happy. He kept in touch throughout the installation and made sure we were pleased with the final result, making more than one site visit in the process. The fitter (Mick) did an excellent job, completing the work to a high standard within the original expected timescale. He also made one or two suggested improvements to the detail of the design which added to the overall finish. They arranged for the worktops to be installed by a specialist company with a first-class result. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the service provided by Moorgate from beginning to end.
