   Don't use them whatever you do. The first kitchen fitter was 4 days late, didn't complete a risk assessment, couldn't cut a worktop without supervision, couldn't use a spirit level, left his tools everywhere when he left, his work was so bad it needed to be ripped out and redone by not the second but the third kitchen fitter they needed to send out. 72 days to install a small kitchen. I ripped the old one out, prepped everything, all that needed doing was installing the kitchen. Installation manager Robert Wood was on site with the first fitter, didn't spot any issues so not helpful. The store manager insulted me via email, lied about the customer care team causing delays when actually it was Christopher Evers not responding to them so they could answer the questions. I discovered that with a GDPR request which also showed document fraud was done. After looking through the GDPR files it was clear that Christopher Evers lacked any integrity and backbone. So the fitters were rubbish, the store was rubbish, breached the contract, broke HSE law, breached TrustMark policy, breached their own terms and conditions. Got a hefty amount of money back.

   Fantastic service from Natasha and the team at Magnet Sale. One unit was incorrect on delivery and she sourced another on the day and even got it straight to us. We changed a few things during installation and it’s been easy to source additional units. Even the online design worked well at the start of the process

   We had the pleasure of dealing with Sham when we entered the Magnet Sale showroom. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His knowledge on the products was top notch and we received 5* customer service which is something no other company/provider has been able to provide. Some of the requests we had were slightly complex but nothing was too much work for Sham. We highly recommend that if anyone is headed to Magnet Sale to request Sham - you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again!

   I have not come across a retailer that could not care less about customer service. From our experience with Magnet, if you need any aftersale support - forget about it. If there's an issue with your kitchen, Chris the manager will avoid your calls for as long as possible, until you have to march back into the store, seek him out and force him into action. Even then, they drag their heels for months to look into the issue. Without exaggeration, from the date we got in touch about the issue to the point that Magnet finally did something has taken 6 months. If you want your time wasted, this is certainly the place. I wish we had someone to advise us against using a place like this.

   We're so pleased with our new kitchen from Magnet. It's the second Magnet kitchen we've had in 15 years. The original kitchen was so good, it's gone to a new home in Wilmslow! The design service provided by Sam and Michael was excellent and there was no pushy sales style anywhere to be seen. The kitchen was delivered on the day and time agreed, and was then installed by Ryan over the next 3 weeks. Ryan was also a joy to deal with and the finish of the kitchen is superb. We did have a couple of minor supply issues and these were resolved quickly and professionally by Natasha and Chris.... It's often the case that companies can best be judged by their response to problems. Thanks to the whole team in Sale and at the factory for a great customer experience.... And see you in 20 years!

   My beautiful kitchen was designed by Abby and installed by Mo. Mo was extremely professional, trustworthy and gave good advice at the design stage. His carpentry and attention to detail were exemplary. I highly recommend their services.
