I went to the shop today, stressed as my television had stopped working after only 6 weeks. Ally ( not sure of spelling) was extremely helpful, sorted me with a replacement and with the help of another assistant, I was on my way within 10mins. Fantastic service. Thank you.
I was in the store on Wednesday 4th September buying a ladies watch because I had just lost my watch and was lost without it also my mobile phone had not been charged. The young lady was so sympathetic and listened to my plight she offered to charge my phone whilst I was shopping in Sainsbury She has excellent customer service skills and I wish her every success in her future . The other point was that her appearance was immaculate and had a wonderful personality.JB
Dont stock what you need very inconvenient. Never shop there again.

Wrote this review because some of the others here don't match my own experience at all and the staff are lovely. Argos is a go-to for me because the customer service and convenience are second to none. This store is great and in the 5 years I've been using it for click and collect I've only had good experiences. I've returned items due to being faulty, yes, but the returns policy is generous and efficient in my experience and the staff are always friendly and professional. Particularly like that Sainsburys and Argos are intertwined so I can buy Tu clothes online through Argos so I reserve the stock and Argos homewares in store like candles, mugs, etc.
Thanks to the manager at Argos Urmston and all the team, who helped me with my delivery. They are fantastic there and knew I was going on holiday and worried about missing a package. I have the package safe and sound and am super happy with the service. Good to know that people still go the extra mile for others ;-)
Came in here to look at wardrobes and was helped by klara. We were ready to ourchase and due to her knowledge we went home to get all our relevant information and promptly came back to make our purchases. Klara was most helpful throughout.
Today I had a horrible experience from Argos Urmston. I went for return a product with receipt after 4 days of purchase .The person I dealt with was V [manager] .She was very rude and was irritable in manner to speak. She was not allowing me to return the item and said I opened the box and she found little dust in top of the item.I felt very upset because of her attitude.
