Not the best service. I found the girls that serve a bit rude. No please or thank yous, no eye contact, not very helpful. Toolstation across the way are far more helpful.
I called today hoping to buy a shower trap. The lady assistant looked on computer to compare with the one I brought in. Her manner was so pleasant and helpful, She quickly located a replacement. It made my day to have such a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you lady at Screwfix.
I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! Thank you so much Screwfix Middleton. made my day. Please pass this on to them if you would? I didn't get their name, I wish I had. Maybe they will remember the sale? Offer my sincere thanks please! I wanted some gate hinges, the girl just pushed a catalogue towards me and told me the section to look in, without my reading glasses I was struggling, I did ask specifically for 300mm tee hinges. This was obviously too much trouble for them. I sat in my car using my phone to search and found Screwfix to be much cheaper and they are on the same car park. They couldn't believe how toolstation didn't try to help me. Saturday afternoon and very quiet. Just lazy staff I think.
I bought a DeWalt circular saw here on Thursday 23rd ,I was served bye a nice young lady ,manager I think ,good advice nice discount saving me a few quid ,thanks very much. Where credits due I like to make it known
