   Purchased two armchairs which became misshapen within days of normal use. I raised this immediately with photographic evidence. Natalie who has been handling my case is very poor in her role. Be aware I have spent a large amount in this store, and I will never return again warning others. The matter is now being taken further to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman. Extremely disappointing handling of a genuine fault.

   Had our sofa delivered today by John and Jake, and the service was absolutely outstanding! We were worried it wouldn’t fit through the door, but they reassured us straight away and handled everything with total confidence. They laid blankets down to protect the floors and door frames, and manoeuvred the sofa in perfectly without a single mark. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely great to chat with. Service this good is rare these days. Fantastic sofa and a delivery experience that deserves a full 10/10!

   Excellent service, I was kept informed regarding delivery. The delivery guys were brilliant very friendly and polite. I purchased a 2 and 3 seater and I am very pleased with them, the quality is lovely, they are very comfortable especially with the adjustable head rests.

   Very good products at a competitive price. We shopped around in stores and online and couldn't what we wanted at the price we were prepared to pay and then came across Housing Units. Delivered when they said it would and happy with the service overall. We are very pleased with the two sets of products bought (sofas and bar stools).

   Great store some beautiful displays and they now have Ercol furniture , one of the Great British furniture brands and more contemporary than my parents ercol which still looks like new 40 years later! Lovely restaurant too! Could spend hours here.

   A large modern centre for all manner of furniture and decor for the home. A small number of accessible parking spaces near the doors but neither door was automatic which made entering rather tricky. Inside many aisles were plenty wide enough for a wheelchair but there were also many which were narrow so navigating round the store had to be carefully done. Prices were very competitive with those I had checked online at other stores before travelling which was excellent. There was a wide range of manufacturers on display and many different styles which meant we had an enjoyable time browsing, buying a couple of leather recliners but then seeing what we intend to purchase next. The staff were wonderful, explaining the furniture in detail and really couldn't do enough to help. Finally to the cafe which again was lovely with freshly made food. A perfect end to a great afternoon out. I would highly recommend a visit to HU for anyone looking for anything for the home.

   I am most surprised that this centre isn't rated higher. I struggled to find fault with anything. A large choice of home furnishings at competitive prices, together with helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you think there is a better furniture store around then please let me know. The general lack of face mask wearing was a little disconcerting but apart from that... The newly installed Christmas grotto looks a great place to take the children. Update: we are still waiting for the furniture ordered on the 3rd Oct and expected on 17th Dec. Of course there may be valid reasons but trying to get through to speak to someone has been difficult. Allegedly the goods will be with us at the end of February, approx 6 months from when we ordered. Update: We have now been advised that the delivery date will be the 19th March. On one hand I am thinking that the delivery date is out of their hands, but conversely why are they stocking products that they don't have a clue when you will receive them?
