   I’ve visited this coffee shop several times, and unfortunately, each time I’ve been greeted with rudeness from the staff. Their behavior toward customers is consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional. If the manager is reading this, I strongly urge you to provide proper customer service training to your team. Many of your customers are elderly, and they especially deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. The current attitude of the staff is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.

   I was in Middleton today shopping so I popped into cafe Zinho for a Hot Chocolate and a Cheese and onion toastie. Service was good, Polite and Friendly staff, Clean cafe, Great hot chocolate and delicious toasties. Very Reasonably priced. 5☆

   Always go here but thought I'd post to update due to Covid. Good system as they put a number on your tray to match the table you need to sit at. Food great as always, hand gel on wall and just on entrance to seating area. Lots of labelling on floor, staff all wearing required ppe. Tables cleaned as soon as you leave.

   Erm, no sausages so ordered bacon. Then ran out of bacon and told it would be a 10 minute wait, but sausages had been found under oven if we wanted those. Stuck with bacon. Was told that all four meals would come together. After 25 minutes we got two toasties. Then 10 minutes later beans on toast arrived. Then another 20 minute wait for bacon!! Not sure what happened, and I don't think the staff could work it out either as there was no apology. Very odd....

   Great place to eat and drink, great atmosphere, good choice of fresh cooked food, good selection of drinks, hot chocolate my favourite. It's the hub of middleton, staff are like family, they get to know you, your likes and dislikes, it's really important to have that sense of community. They work hard and do a great job.
