Hello! Iβm happy to share my review. We came with my son for a dinner. We have membership with you and order a lot of items. Also we order soft shell crab. It was really bad. The crab was not cleaned and had all the unprocessed food inside. It also smelled bad and had a bitter, unpleasant taste. I informed the waiter about this. Instead, he said that he had spoken to the manager and he said that this was the absolute norm. The crab was not removed from the account, which I was very surprised about. I think that customer service and product quality are worth working on.

Booked here for an anniversary meal. Was not disappointed the service was great the food was amazing with lots to choose From including from the menu and from the sushi conveyor belt. Limited beer options but thatβs to be expected.

Atmosphere was a bit quiet as there was a huge storm outside so it was less busy than usual. It's normally lively and enjoyable though. Food was exceptionally good, as it always is here. Great value, especially with the annual members card. Fantastic variety, catering for veggies and vegans too, yay! Would love a bit more vegan protein that isn't fake meat, but hey, I'm not complaining, just gently suggesting! Staff are always friendly, capable, available and competent. All in all a reliably fantastic restaurant with great prices, wonderful food, super service and a friendly vibe. Highly recommended!

We had a delicious dinner with plenty of delicious food, sashimi, gyΕza, misso soup...all very fresh. Service was fast and attentive. Good value for money. A mention to the young lady who got us a better table, good customer service. Will be back soon.

Visited as a party of two and had some good drinks, the Tokyo Mule in particular, but found the food average at best. Rice to fish ratio way, way off on the sushi, to the point we were chewing overly sticky rice for the end of roll pieces - perhaps a new chef ? Unfortunately, we didnβt enjoy the meal and found the bill steep for the quality of food.

This restaurant has a good vibe and great outdoor seating. The service Personal was very friendly and fast but yes but the food wasnβt that great. The presentation was ok but a bit on the rough side it did came very quick tough. I am also not sure but the soy sauce had a weird aftertaste but maybe is just that brand they are using and the wasabi was a bit strange as well. Miso aubergine probably deep fried with the skin becoming too hard. Overall for the price maybe not the quality and taste I would expected.

Great food and great staff! Their drinks were also amazing! Just keeps everything coming and coming and COMING! Way too full but an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! We will be back - 10 out of 10 service!
