    A rude member of staff did not let me take my trolley throughout Iceland. I am disabled and have issues with my back and I need the trolley to put the basket on and put items in the basket. The weather was not helping and as I was questioning why, she let numerous about of trolley users pass through the store WITH their trolleys. I went there to grocery shop for the week, but my mind could only be filled of how rude that lady was, ruining my appetite. Iceland, please sort your staff out and their attitudes. This is not right

    Disappointed that prices advertised in store were charged higher at till. When challenged I was told she just scans the item and wasn't interested. Won't bother shopping in Iceland again this is the 2nd time pricing was wrong and noone was bothered
