Nice store and the staff were very helpful today when I visited. Will go again. You need a pound for the trolleys if you use one.

Dear me such poor service from the oldish lady. I got a delivery today but ordered 2 wrong things so i went to the Ellesmere Port store (my nearest) only to be told not imformed but told that they "aint done deliveries for years" its only the second time.......and last time iv ordered online. It was like i interupted her convo she was having in the back. I think they closed the wrong one down there is always staff on their phones the other one had a community spirit.
Don’t do online deliveries… I got at least three rotten fruit in my last one, literally the day I received I it. How that passed quality check I don’t know…
Always a place I tend to forget about and then realise I should get there more often! Excellent selection, good layout and friendly staff. Great prices too!
The Iceland driver was absolutely amazing. He even informed me to be careful walking on my path as it was so slippery and suggested walking on the grass just in case as he delivered at 9 pm at night. What a amazing thoughtful person Thank you so much
Lots of products.. same as usual Iceland for products but you get more in a bag or box. More of a bulk buy Iceland.. and more pricey.. park outside. Which is 50p for 2 hrs. Wheelchair access.
Popped in store last night to buy something tea. As usual well stocked, clean and tidy store. Found everything we were looking for as usual and bought more besides, served by a well presented polite young man. Good customer service. Happy pleasant experience. Well done Max and thank you. Excellent service.
A large, well-laid out Iceland store. Better than usual stores as has greater range of produce and a lot more space which makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience. All the usual offers and goods but extras too. Lots of dry goods not just frozen food. A small number of tills for a store this size. Had a delay and imagine this is normal given till to store ratio.
