I mean, it ok.There's prices for sure. Food selection could be diverse. However ever since they tackled me to floor and mistook me as the peel parker blower and then smacked out my nan I just don't feel as comfortable as i used to be but is an option as a student. Well done.
So pleased I've discovered the atmosphere bar. Located within the university house this is the university's main SU bar but also well used by Peel Park visitors. The bar is located on the first floor of the building and is easily missed if you don't know it's there. Once inside there are three distinct and different parts of the bar. Firstly the main bar and largest space is like a sports bar with plenty of screens to watch live sporting events. Secondly, there is a games bar with pool tables and retro arcade games and darts. Thirdly there is a mezzanine floor which carries a whole different decor and vibe. Much more intermate and lounge like you can easily find your own space to work or have a private drink. I didn't sample the food but it appeared to be very good value for money. The beer selection was excellent and very well priced. £3.80 for a pint of Guinness and £3.70 for a pint of Madri. The Guinness was excellent too. When I'm next in Peel Park I'll certainly pay a visit to Atmosphere.
Loved this place! It's a university bar, most frequented by UoS students, but open to the broader community as well. Beside the youthful atmosphere, not so young and old people can fit there as well. Prices are below the average and there is a diverse selection of beers and food. And I'm not afraid to say that their Guinness might even surpass the renowned mulligans.

The atmosphere is great, drink prices are incredible, best you'll find anywhere. Spend a lot of time in this place! Only down side is the food, although still good, it's not quite as good as it used to be. Still five star though!
Got to be one of the nicest places in all of Salford! The setting is quite nice and modern, staff’s friendly and polite. Good food and drinks, pool tables, screens, fun events and nights out. Very calm in the morning, so it’s also a great place to get some uni work done. Free car parking (6 PM - 9 AM) right next to it is a great plus. I’d say the only con is it is a bit expensive for an SU bar / cafe. Still worthy of the 5 stars for me though.
Lovely place, very calm in the mornings, ideal for studying. I would recommend this place for group gatherings too. It's location is perfect for students, because it is near Salford University!
Atmosphere Kitchen & Bar is a cosy bar with the tastiest food! Situated in the heart of Salford University, this bar offers a great variety of food & drink & a "full festive Christmas Menu" is available throughout December. Definitely worth a try! This lovely bar offers a trendy, comfortable interior with beautiful lighting throughout....There are various drinks offers continually, with a great choice to choose from! All prices are reasonable & Atmosphere is open to Students & members of the public. I would definitely recommend a visit!
