   We had an amazing time. All drinks and dishes are top notch. We had a cocktail and mocktails and they were gorgeous. The food is beautifully presented and tastes even better than it looks. We were a meat eater and a vegetarian and there are a great selection for both of us but not too many to make it nice and simple. The service is fantastic. We asked for some recommendations and we could tell the manager is highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

   Dining at Brasserie Blanc was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay at the Delta Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, the beautifully designed interior transported us to a different world. The space is bathed in natural light, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and uplifting. Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us with warmth and generosity, even seating us in what must be the best spot in the house. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional—genuine, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. The food was absolutely divine. We started with the Dressed Devon Crab and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream, both bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and perfectly presented. Paired with a bottle of their delicious white wine, it was a meal to remember. So memorable, in fact, that we ended up enjoying a second bottle as we lingered over dessert. Speaking of dessert—what a treat! The Wye Valley Rhubarb Crumble was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the Pistachio Soufflé was light, airy, and full of flavor. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Brasserie Blanc is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll fondly remember and gladly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

   If you feel like reminding your taste buds how a great dinner taste like, you should definitely come here. The menu is an explosion of flavors and I enjoyed every single bit. The mélange of ingredients is astonishing. Great selection of wines, including a Sicilian Grillo which I enjoyed a lot. The service is punctual and polite ( I was helped by Rafael) and the bill surprisingly fair! I will come again whenever I can.

   The sea brim was a little too salty for my pallate the sauce was the hero of the dish. The souffle was very light and airy and matched perfectly with the chocolate icecream. Very disappointed that the chicken options were not available.

   Such a wonderful meal and service. Escargot, mussels, salmon, and finished off with sticky toffee pudding. A glass of Bordeaux to wash it all down. Great place to dine when staying at the Marriott at Manchester Airport.
