I am staying in the area for an early flight in the morning and popped into the Firbank for some food. I thought their kitchen was closed and had just left when Natalie raced outside to let me know the kitchen was still open. She got me seated in a great area, made some recommendations, chatted and really took care of me. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and pint, but not as much as the big hug Natalie gave me when I was leaving. She is officially my favourite barmaid and I will now be looking for reasons to fly from Manchester as often as possible...even though I'm in Scotland! Thanks Natalie. ❤️

Not from the area and looking for somewhere for a bite to eat and to watch the football. Very happy to have found the Firbank. Great service from the friendly staff, food was spot on (Hot and Spicy Chicken Burger). Would definitely recommend.

We met here as a family get-together. I would recommend salt and pepper wings but everyone enjoyed their various plates. We met up on a Saturday for an evening meal. Our groups' age varied with the youngest being 9 and the oldest 85. Between 8 pm and 9mp, they played oldies before the really loud party music started. My older family was up on the floor having a good old time. They did leave at 9 pm because it wouldn't have been their cup of tea but there is something for any age here. I look forward to coming back next year! Oh, our first night there with friends was on Wednesday for the music bingo. That was a lot of fun, looking forward to that too! See you next year Firbank!

Wedding party, we allocated ourselves outside under the marquee. Weather was good for a change, which helped with the great atmosphere. The garden was big enough that other customers were able to have the outside tables. Pub is big, toilets were nice and staff were quick behind the bar. Food, however, was excellent. Pictures attached.

We went for food after being to visit a family member in wythenshawe hospital, we are not from the area so was just a lucky pick I guess. The food was lovely and fresh and came piping hot. We will definitely return. The staff were really friendly, great pub to visit

First visit. Very warm welcome from Becki. Food order taken, having ascertained which items were gluten free, and drinks served very efficiently. Slight problem registering for the Track and Trace using my mobile but Becki waited patiently until details were eventually accepted. Food was delivered shortly after we sat down and was really tasty. Will definitely revisit when next in the area.
