   Ended up cancelling immediately after reading bad reviews. Ordered through deliveroo. Unprofessional took so long to refund. Deliveroo on chat needed confirmation from restaurant staff by contact however they were not responding effectively. Eventually deliveroo manager got through to them to cancel. The staff member at restaurant couldn’t even understand English or communicate back. Seemed like they tried to keep the order on and not refund other reviews saying similar. Avoid and don’t let people scam you

   Similar experience to others. Ordered directly through their website and money was taken but food didn’t arrive. Tried calling the next day for a refund and was told that “they need to speak to the manager” but they hung up the phone. Have since called many times but it goes straight to answer machine. Still no refund for a meal that was never delivered!

   Worst Indian food I have ever ate. Ordered chicken tikka madras which wasn't spicy at all and all curries ordered tasted the same. Chicken was big hard lumps of meat and received plain chicken. Food was luke warm by the time it arrived. Wouldn't recommend. Cheap food, but not worth it.

   I wish I could leave a lower star rating. I ordered from this restaurant and have never experienced a more dissatisfying experience. Firstly I never received my order and when I kindly asked for an update I was blamed for not answering “multiple phone calls” that I never received, like my order. Big scam business. Strongly advise to avoid.

   Just placed a order..when received our food ..wasn't what we ordered . Plus food was very cold ..even the delivery bag was full of curry..when I've rung up the guy was very rude said that delivery was very busy ..not got time .then I asked to speak yo manager he's replied was he's on holiday ..he had a very bad attitude..which has just lost him a loyal customer..I will not be ordering from this curry house again.. also make my family & friends Aware the way I've Just been treated!

No call received so call again and told manager will call me today or tomorrow. Still have had no call. Really poor and unsafe service. Will not be ordering from here again.

   My wife ordered from this restaurant as it had a decent rating on just eat and Google. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years and was given beef samosas instead of vegetarian and my "poneer" had prawns in it after saying it was also vegetarian. If they've sent the wrong dishes out but by accident it still is extremely dangerous sending a wrong dish with shellfish in it. Not impressed and for anyone that is vegetarian or has an allergy beware

   Disappointing. We ordered from JustEat. The delivery was late, and items were missing. Other items were cold by the time we got them. We've tried to call the restaurant, but nobody answers. The curry was pretty good, so it's a shame that there were issues with other things. It's the first time we've ordered from here and, considering the niggling problems, we'll probably avoid next time and go elsewhere.
