   The food was fantastic! Everything was full of flavour, and the highlight was definitely the mountain-sized onion bhajis crispy, delicious, and absolutely massive. Couldn’t have asked for better!

   Ordered chips simply, boss didn’t tell me the price before paying after I’d asked and just pushed card reader toward my phone, poor service. In addition, £4 for freezer chips. Games gone.

   We ordered the starter for two to share but it was very dry, the popadoms were soft as well.( not fresh) We have eaten from here before and it has been reallly good and fresh. It was a let down for us.

   Food was really poor, popadoms tasted of old oil, chicken was really tough, bhajis were greasy. The gravy was good if you ignore the hair that I found. Overall it was a pretty poor meal. Website was a bit of a pain to navigate and once the order was placed, I received an email confirmation that my food would be ready at 18:14 - the exact time of order placement. Rang up to check - food will be ready in 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into half an hour but the staff were pretty pleasant to be fair

   First time visit to Zafrani. Ordered online to collect. Service was very quiet. The staff where very helpful and polite. I had the Chicken Tikka Shashlik Balti, one of the best Bali’s I have had, good quality food. Invited a friend to try food from here this week.

   Probably the only Indian takeaway in the UK that has a traceable 'Food Awards' certificate. Even the backstreet shitholes claim to have award winning chefs but this place is totally legit!

   UNRELIABLE, RUDE STAFF, AVOID. Ordered this evening on Zafrani website. No confirmation email. Called up several times to check if the order had been received and no answer. Eventually got through and was told they were busy and order would be 25-30 minutes later than the estimated 60 minutes. Waited 30 mins and called back to ask where our order was and we were told the driver was en route and it would be with us in 5-8 minutes. 15 minutes later still no sign of order. We called back again and were told 15 minutes. When we said we were told it was on the way 15 minutes ago we were then told they had issues with cars breaking down and getting another delivery driver in etc. We asked to cancel the order and they pleaded with us not to. We then asked for a discount considering the 2+ hour wait and being lied to and they eventually offered £5 off a £50 order. When told this was insulting they offered £10. We asked to cancel unless they could offer an acceptable discount and were rudely told "we're not a charity". Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Don't take orders you can't fulfill and sort your customer service skills out! Will not order again and will warn others to avoid.

   I’m a truck driver and was parked in the area for the night. I placed an order for a set menu for 1 and oh my god, it was amazing. It came within 30 minutes and was nice and hot, and there was loads of it. I do a lot of work in the area and will definitely be using Zafrani again in the future. I can highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant
