   Our food got ready very fast but the quality so low. Our burger was cold. my sandwich bread was in low quality. I was not expecting to have such a bad experience in Trafford C. I was not happy with this food at all. They brought our food and still werent sure is it for our table or not, they checked the menu again with us, wondering why tables were without number!

   We should have known better but visiting a TGI Friday's in 2025 was a serious mistake. What used to be a decent chain is a grim affair with staff who clearly would rather be anywhere else. I did get a tiny portion of chips in a dirty bowl to complete this disaster of a quick lunch before we bolted.

   I’ve dined at TGI Fridays at The Trafford Centre multiple times over the past couple of years. Most recently, I’ve noticed a huge decline in standards, and it’s become the place to avoid rather than the place to be, with declining standards of food and service. The interior is large and cool, with booths and those Fridays American vibes which I love, but that seems to be where the positives end. For allergies, you are usually given a QR code to scan through on their website, with your order being taken by a manager; however, I feel the overall allergy handling could be better, with a lack of awareness from regular staff members. Prices are a little high here, especially for the food quality. The steak alone, which is barely a step up from fast food, is priced at steakhouse levels. On my most recent visit, I ordered the half roast chicken and was served the gluten-containing version of the dish. Luckily I noticed this right away, querying it with a staff member who seemed unsure. My food was returned to me a few minutes later and was lukewarm, so I feel they just took the onion rings off and risked cross-contamination to be lazy and avoid remaking my dish. The gluten-free smashed burger, which I have ordered here previously, was both dry and bland, and I experienced long delays waiting to pay after my meal. The management and Head Office both seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my complaint after making them aware of the issues. I would no longer trust TGI Fridays at the Trafford Centre if you have allergies based on my experience here.

   The sesame chicken strip is really amazing. We do have concern on the kids meal. The burger and fries was served with a plastic basket without any paper and salad is put in the basket too. We are not sure if those plastic is food grade and ready holding hot food. In addition, It is extremely difficult for the kids to eat as the salad will fall out from the basket. Luckily, we can request plates for children.

   This visit reminded me why I had stopped eating here. While the service was good and the staff were friendly, the food was a letdown. Portions were much smaller than what I’ve had at other Fridays branches abroad, especially for the price. The soft drinks were the biggest surprise; the taste was so bad that even the kids couldn’t finish them. The coleslaw was unpleasant, the salmon portion was tiny (though it tasted good), and the corn was not good at all.

   Good atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The manager was very accommodating and organised a vegan burger for my little nephew even though it wasn’t on the child’s menu. Chicken and classic burger was delicious and all the food was hot when it arrived at our table.

   Never expected this place to have this kind of food! Everything was 10\10 delicious! Staff was so nice! He was so nice even when I accidentally dropped a knife on the ground he assured me that he will bring another and that there’s no need to worry about it. Anyways you definitely need to go here!

   Requested a filthy rich with chicken instead of beef (as I did last time) and received a plain chicken burger with no sauce or salad inside. At the end of the meal, we received the bill and found out that they charged for a lousiana hotmess which was more expensive that we ordered initially. After we paid we realised a mistake in the bill and challenged the waitress that we received a plain chicken burger 'why have you charged us £15 for it' and she just said 'I'm sorry there is nothing we can do once you have paid'. Basically the worst experience I've ever had at a TGI restaurant. Not only that we had to ask for forks and knives so we could start eating and it's basic restaurant service that the cutlery is given to us prior to receiving the meal. Absolutely diabolical!! Also we had ordered onion rings and were given salad instead and thankfully we were allowed to take that off the bill. The caesar salad that we received was just simply lettuce and rockets thrown on the plate. We have visited TGI Fridays on several occasions and we won't be visiting again.

   My kids absolutely love this place. Can’t fault the kids menu for choice, staff are always lovely every time we’ve been. Nothing seems too much effort and it’s really family friendly. Nachos are spicy but my god they’re good. The sesame seed chicken strips are my all time fave but foods nice overall for a chain restaurant. Alcoholic drinks are a bit pricey but If it’s a treat then go for it. It really is the staff that make the place here though I think massive thumbs up from us!

   Lovely atmosphere and great staff. I ate the Louisiana Hot Mess and it was quite nice, however it was hard to eat due to the amount of hot sauce that was on it. My partner had the California Chicken Burger and loved it.
