We had an amazing meal here! The service was very friendly, attentive and personal. For the three of us we ordered 7 dishes to share and poppadoms of course. We loved all the food we got, particularly the fish curry. The beer was also tasty and well priced. Would definitely come back to try some of the other dishes!

The food here is amazing and only topped by the excellent service we were given. Owner went above and beyond, recommending dishes and checking in on us throughout. Scottish/Indian fusion isn’t something I’d even considered before but we will definitely be back!

Had such a lovely time here! The food was delicious, with generous but not overwhelming portion sizes, just right. Loads of great sharing options, which made it super fun to try a bit of everything. The team were amazing, so warm and welcoming. Definitely coming back (probably sooner than I should!).

We had a great time at Roti in Sale. We’d tried Roti in Chorlton before, but this was our first time in Sale. The dishes were very tasty and mild spicy, and the portions were generous – you’ll need three or four plates per person to fill up. The prices were reasonable, and we paid £60 for two people. The staff were really kind and the service was fast. We’ll definitely be going back!

The food was amazing and every dish was so tasty. We especially loved and would recommend the pork. We had such a great service, very friendly, polite and helpful. I have a gluten allergy and the waiter helped show me from the menu what food contained gluten and he also double checked this for the sides. Little things like checking if we were happy with the food, if we needed help and offering to take a group photo of us etc. We really appreciated. The service and the food was perfect! Will definitely visit again

If this place were in the centre of Manchester, the reservation waiting list would be weeks long! Inventive food, skillfully prepared and beautifully presented. Warm, friendly owner and staff. A must try!

Somewhere a little different if you're a lover of Indian food, this felt very authentic. I loved the interior, the mural on the wall was fab, great colours. The restaurant is based more on a tapas style of food served in the traditional tiffin tins. Pappodoms to start were served crushed and drizzled, they were very tasty... Our second dishes 2 curries and a rice were slightly smaller than expected... We had nothing to go on as never been before... We also had 2 roti breads which were nice but came about 10 mins after the food was served. We enjoyed the experience and the food was tasty... Should have ordered more... We will know for next time

Loved this place. An Indian street food restaurant with a slight Scottish twist to some dishes. Everything we had was lovely. Will definitely be back. Well worth a visit.

Great place! It's small so I'd recommend booking. Even on a cold wet tuesday night it was busy. Food is excellent. Didnt know Indian Scottish tapas existed before eating here. Nice and relaxed but attentive service. Theyve got that spot on. Alastair was really helpful with choices. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to go here for ages and finally my partner booked a table! We parked in the sainsburys car park as it was free after 6 pm and walked over to roti. The place was rammed when we got there, so I'm really glad we booked, only had to wait three minutes or so, and were seated. The owner is super friendly and is excellent at managing his young team and keeping the drinks and food flowing. Don't expect spicy large dishes; this is more of a tapas, and the food is Scottish and Indian fusion. The owner is Indian and from Edinburgh. My partner was very impressed with the haggis pokarah. I loved the cute wee pani puries. My partner was really excited to dig into his fried Mars bar and ice cream, apparently a Scottish thing (he's from glasgow) and I loved my gulabjaman cheesecake though need to be more generous with the gulabjaman and less so with the cream cheese. The dishes we tried were presented beautifully and so delicious We were totally stuffed, so glad for the walk back to our car so we could work it off.
