   What a truly fantastic experience - I was away for work and in an area I did not know. I read such great reviews I thought I'd give this try, and it did not disappoint I was here on 9th October & ordered my favourite dish Lamb Pathia. It was simply delirious , well cooked , the Lamb was so tender , and the portion size more than ample for one. The service was excellent - efficient, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. I wanted extra chills in my dinner - it was taken and returned with in no time with just the right amount - as if they read my mind! All I can do is to apologise for not remembering my server's name Sarah from The South East

   Always a great service by all the staff, who genuinely seem to be happy!! The service is always super fast and your never left with an empty table. I also love the presentation of the food, with the food also being so delicious!!! Defiantly recommend!!

From the moment we arrived, we received exceptional service in a stunning restaurant. The food was hot, fresh, and highly recommended. We highly recommend this establishment for its superior service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for a wonderful meal. 10/10.

   I went yesterday for Chrustmas dinner. Its a beautiful, modern but cosy setting. The atmosphere in the place waa lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was divine. My family were with me and also thoroughly enjoyed it too. We have decided to go back again next Christmas day. I really do highly recommend this place. I would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and a wonderful Christmas day.

   Visited Massala Lounge earlier this week - it came highly recommended by colleagues at Waterside Arts which is directly opposite. The service was fab. The food was amazing! Vegan options available (I asked) including Vegetable Rogan Josh & Vegetable Dansak (which was made without cream!) which we had on our table to share. Dansak is definitely a new favourite for me thanks to Massala Lounge. Perfect after a hard day at work, thank you so much.

   Mum and Daughter night out Found staff miserable and rude one member in particular, argumentative with what we ordered Food we had Lamb chops and onions bhajji Curry we had Lamb karahi and chicken Dhansak, rice and Nan bread, popadoms Bhajji has No taste Lamb chops hardly any meat on them, missing taste Chicken Dhansak too spicy supposed to me a mild curry Chicken was a bit rubbery Lamb karahi had just a load of green chillies thrown in it couldn’t eat it When we were leaving not a single one of the staff got the door for us just stood at the bar Had better curry elsewhere Staff need customers service updating Such a shame Not happy!!!!!
