Had an early meal (5:30pm) on a Saturday so it was understandible quite. The two people servicing were superb. The food was superb. The wine was superb. It's a bit out if the way and a little bit pricey but it's a great meal experience. Worth it.
Lovely food, interior is cozy. Overall cost £120 + tip for 2 people 3 courses with a few drinks. Loved the menu and the wine suggestions, paired really well. Not cheap but good value, we really enjoyed our meal and plan on coming back for a roast
Lovely Sunday Lunch. Our first time at “The Perfect Match”. This is a lovely place, small, cosy, friendly and a good atmosphere, great food wine, lager and IPA. Really enjoyed the Brightside IPA and roast beef dinner. Quality food, wine and service from the staff, even substituting the cabbage for broccoli with my main. Excellent carrot cake dessert and a perfect cappuccino to finish.
The perfect match was a new place, recommended by our friends and it was a very pleasant surprise! The food was top notch, the wine pairings complimented the dishes impeccably, the service was perfect and the overall experience certainly worth the price. We chose the a la carte menu but we will be going back for the taster menu very soon. 2 starters, 2 mains with 2 side dishes, along with 2 desserts with their desert wine pairings went for around £70 pp which for the experience and quality was beyond worth it.
Lovely family run place- husbands run the service and Wife’s cook. Lovely warm service. Amazing bone marrow starter and also mussels in Nduja sauce. The beef roast mains was excellent with nice Yorkshire pudding and roast carrots Had a lovely barolo which was well priced. Nice cosy ambience. Friend and interactive service and Waitering .
Independent restaurant in Sale, run by a couple. One is chef, the other sommelier. Truly it’s The Perfect Match. Local produce on the menu, with a great couple who have trained under some of the best in the business at The Savoy, London now back home in the north cooking great food.
A wonderful find in the South Manchester suburbs. Fanatic meal, wines 'perfectly matched' and service that made the whole thing thoroughly enjoyable. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Manchester, a real gem. A small place so be sure to book to avoid disappointment
Superb food, great wine pairings. Service a little slow and decor a little shabby but you really don’t notice that once each course is serve. Staff exceedingly knowledgeable and friendly
Such a wonderful fine dining experience at this popular local restaurant. Excellent quality of food and wine, and the service was professional and welcoming. Best restaurant in Sale for sure.
