   Ordered off Deliveroo and was estimated a 20 minute delivery time. 2 hours later no sign of food and 4 delivery drivers had attempted to collect the order. Ended up cancelling. Don’t accept orders if you’re too busy to fulfill them within a reasonable time. A little later than estimated is fine but had I not cancelled after two hours it could have taken all night.

   Ordered 4 chicken thighs tonight. Received 2 cut into half to make 4 very thin thighs. Unless they sent me a sparrow they were extremely flat/thin! PLEASE DONT SEND ME 2 THIGHS & HALF THEM & charge me for 4! It’s false advertising

   This is by far the worse Nandos I have ever visited. After waiting 30 minutes and no sign of food I spoke to a young man who checked and said it would be another 10 mins. I explained nobody warned us of a long wait to be met with " If I had known I would of told you" I then went to get some cutlery no clean forks. I said to same young man there are no forks. He walked away and I assumed to get forks. The food arrived still no forks. My husband said we still haven't got forks. He answered aggressively ' I'm doing my best". Our food was cold and not great. The manager( I presume )asked if everything was ok but before we could answer she walked off. On the way out I went to the toilet and there was no toilet roll in 2 off the toilets and the 3rd was dirty and blocked. To top off the experience I tried 3 salt pots all had no salt in. Needless to say we won't be visiting again.

   We were very disappointed with the food that Nando’s sent us yesterday. We paid over £100 for a meal with food that was not edible. The garlic bread and chicken wings were burnt. We won’t order back from here again.

   Very pleased with my trip here, staff were very polite and fast working, all tables were cleared at a fast pace and nothing was left around for too long, the food was excellent (I had butterfly chicken meal with peri fries and garlic bread as the sides, the misses had 4 boneless thighs meal with peri chips and garlic bread + we had a beautiful chocolate cake) the chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the chips, bottomless drinks are a good addition with the meal which adds great value for money. The main toilets are a little hard to get to as you do have to go up spiral stairs but they do offer a disabled toilets that are easily accessible on the main floor, toilets are very clean and well managed.

   We ate here three times in three days (twice take out dinner, once dine in lunch). My son LOVES this restaurant. He is coeliac and Nando's knows how to handle his food so it is safe. Finn was our server - and he was amazing. An asset to the company. Thank you!

   Really disappointed, we were brought our mains two minutes after receiving our starters (we were with our young child so absolutely no where near finished). When I explained we had only just been brought our starters, the waiter said he would warm the mains up later when we wanted them. I was so shocked at this and said I wasn’t happy paying £40 for warmed up food, however when our mains were brought the mash had clearly been dinged and the burgers were cold. Won’t be visiting again.

   Nice little Nandos in the centre of altrincham. It's a good spot to meet friends for an informal spot of lunch. Everyone loves a Cheeky Nandos after all!! Staff were friendly, Food was on par for nandos. And the vibe was good.

   AVOID! Terrible service. Made us wait 30 minutes to get a table and then the table they gave us was not even clean. Then me and my friends had to wait another 25 minutes for our food in which mine did not even come. Woeful service, some rude staff also. Shout out to the blonde lady working in the kitchen for actually smiling.

   Always up to expectations.. We stopped over for a quick meal and it was delicious as always. The food was served pretty quickly.. I have no complaints. Finding a car parking space in Altrincham isn't an easy task though!
