   BAD FOOD. EVEN WORSE SERVICE Got the sharer plate but was not asked how I wanted my steak. It came tough and chewy. The carrots in the mash were underdone and the fries were just soggy. The cabbage was undercooked and served with an overly sweet sauce. Taste was not to my liking, which is personal preference. Butter knives given to eat steaks with is a faux pas. Served on IKEA dishes - presumably so they are easily and affordable replaced after one smashes through it trying to cut through the food with a smooth knife… Service really ruined the evening. I can accept food is personal preference. However, nobody come to check in on us and I told them the steak was chewy at the end and the waitress walked away saying “oh, sorry”. I really felt the sincerity of the apology. She kindly gave us a discount off the bill which was appreciated. However, when asked about why we were charged full price for the weekday specials, she told me I incorrect and tried to say it’s not on offer before I asked for the menu to clarify. They quickly changed the bill. However, upon leaving, all staff sat at the front door and not a single person said bye or thank you. Do not recommend and will not return purely based on service. They probably don’t really care though, and that’s the kind of restaurant this is.

   Our first time visiting Las Bombas on a Sunday and the Sunday roast was amazing! The meats were cooked perfectly and all the sides were delicious. My personal favourites being the pork belly and the broccoli cheese. We’ll definitely be returning for the Sunday dinner menu. The service was great as always especially Fin who makes the best cocktails and is always attentive checking everything’s ok.

   Visited Las Bombas last week .. It was ‘ok’ … The paella was unfortunately not fresh at all & was just a strong taste of tomato! The mac n cheese had a weird fish flavour to (something my Mum pointed out then I couldn’t no taste it) we asked for the steak to be medium rare - hardly any rare at all to be honest! I also asked the waitress to let me know if there was anything that had coriander leaves on as I really don’t like, she said nothing we ordered did - Pretty much all the dishes that came had the garnish on, but by which time what is the point in saying anything! The cheese bread, olives and corn ribs were lovely though and our waitress was really nice! All in all I’d say 7/10! Glad I’ve been but wouldn’t go again!

   Magnificent meal to celebrate a birthday. Extremely friendly and attentive staff, and food so delicious, we’ve been dreaming about it all again today. We had the lamb birria taco (to die for!!) and a sharing tray of meats. Highly recommended, with excellent music & strong cocktails to boot. We will be back for sure! Thank you all for a wonderful evening meal

   Wow got a last minute table on Friday evening (20th January) This was my first visit and wow, I was honestly blown away with the decor, the service and the food. The staff were very tentative and nothing was too much trouble. The flavours of the food was so tasty and every dish I tasted was an infusion of flavour. Las Bombas is a great addition in our local area. The owners/managers should be very proud of what they have achieved. I can not recommend this place enough.
