I recently had a disappointing experience at Nando's. The staff at the delivery section displayed unprofessional behavior and were quite rude. Not only was the service slow, but the attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of courtesy and professionalism.
Great family lunch at Nando’s Walkden. Friendly staff, quick service, and tasty food. Kid’s meal was spot on and the place was clean and relaxed. Easy, stress‑free visit.
The blonde lady Ellie on shift Tuesday 7th October at 1 pm was extremely hostile and rude. Away talking about us to another colleague and laughing slammed our glasses down and ignored our food on the side for 15 minutes we were the only 2 people in the restaurant and eventually a chef had to come out and bring us our food. Had her phone in her back pocket flashing the whole time just felt so uncomfortable by her
Placed a large order for a work lunch on 17th January 2023. Massive thank you to the two ladies who kindly helped me to my car and were just all round awesome. Very much appreciate it.
Very slow service. 45 minute wait from ordering food to delivery. For a fast-food restaurant, very disappointing. Middlebrook branch is busier, but much more efficient.
My mum ordered a beanie pitta found a piece of chicken within the pitta bread spent over £20. No chicken was ordered. My mum suffers from many allergies just had a colonoscopy 2 weeks prior, meat causes sickness and diarrhoea, We Rang up to discuss this issue and no apology, no refund baring in mind pictures were sent and no chicken was within the order, Nothing. I think this is disgraceful service for a pitta bread and salad + delivery costing over £20 will be speaking to someone higher.
Extremely slow service. Staff are miserable and don’t seem like they want to be there. Ordered humous starter that came towards the end of our main meals. Halloumi was cold (no one likes cold halloumi) Overall - poor!
Really friendly staff. Had a voucher that we needed to use at the till and they were more than happy to help with this. Food was genuinely really nice everything was so hot. Service was great, we was offered sauces only thing I’d say is the waiters/ waitresses weren’t very attentive when it came to drinks. In other Nandos I’ve been to since lockdown if they notice your glass is empty they’d offer to fill it for you without having to ask as it can be a bit awkward asking. Overall though a very good experience. Will definitely be my go to Nandos from now on.
