   I always visit this Iceland to do my shopping, it’s close to all other convenient shops nearby and the local bus stop and train station. The staff are all very helpful and hardworking restocking shelves and freezers.

   I ask staff today if they had any vegan food she said o no I think they might be over there.wrong answer she should have said yes follow me I'll show you were it is .please train your staff probably it's called good customer service.

   My disabled girlfriend visited the store this afternoon & asked if there were deliveries available, and was told there was. When she got to the till she was told by another member of staff that there wasn't, and there was "nothing they could do" and basically completely uncooperative. My partner cannot carry shopping and relies on deliveries, as she has arthritis, fibro and other ailments. Utterly shameful treatment and extremely poor customer service.

   Always well stocked, but I feel that measures must be taken to address the sizes of the queues which are liable to build up. Only a fraction of the checkouts are manned - with store policy seemingly to be to withhold on opening up any additional before the line of waiting customers has extended half-way to Seaforth. Self-service used to be available here, and it would be of great assistance now. Alternatively, perhaps expand the staff roll? I'm sure that both options would be within the means of the company...

   Absolutely useless. The last few times iv been there there have been no home deliveries. When you don't have a car and kids swinging from your arm and are spending £80/£100 this is a must.

   Good selection of food but a bit pricey for some products. . £1 frozen selection decent size and good quality. Very poor selection of vegetarian food. Iceland own vegan food is tastless and poor quality. Need more than 2 tills on at once. Staff friendly

   Nice shop re-fit, shame about the large woman, Christine (?) on the til, picking away at a scab on her arm in between scanning my goods. I've never seen anything like this before in this store as the other staff seem so aware and take a pride in their appearance, or in my 9 years in supermarket management. Unprofessional attitude to handling food. Positive experience with every other member of staff at this store though; find them helpful, quick to respond to any query, willing to leave another task to run elsewhere and find an item. It seems, happy staff make for a happy customer experience!
