I ordered my food shy of 3 hours ago food was meant to arrive at 21:06 and it is currently 22:29 no food in sight. When I try ringing the food shop it’s saying call failed and ringing out no one is picking us the phone, they shut in 30 mins not happy at all. Usually I am happy with this place however today I’m not happy at all
Ordered from here before and it’s always way longer than stated for delivery.. this time we ordered 20:03, got a notification saying it had been delivered at 21:10, but we hadn’t had a the order. When we got in touch they added an hour onto the delivery time making the total wait just shy of 2 hours. The man who answered the phone was SO rude and just snapped at us to cancel the order on just eat if we weren’t happy. We were regular customers once, it used to be great a few years ago but won’t ever order from here again now. Food is ok but not worth the hassle!
I've order their monster kebabs but cause its just the one item them refused to deliver, but wanted a curry and they delivered that and that curry was delicious hard compare to last monsoon, I keep recommending these but me if ever want a curry I use these
I've ordered from here multiple times in the past and have always been pleased with the quality of the food. However - I ordered via the website this evening (early, as I'm taking care of my 2 young children and was planning ahead) and requested the food to be delivered at 8 (an option that was offered on the website). It was therefore disappointing to receive my order at 10 past 6. I'll be keeping the food hot in the oven while I do bedtimes, but would have preferred that the staff JUST READ THE ORDER DETAILS CORRECTLY.

Got severe food poisoning from here. There currently under review from the council so order at your own risk you have been warned.
Ordered food and it came wrong and cold, we paid £20-00 rang to tell the company and they were accommodating and said next time we order he will give it us for free. Ordered again and received a call off the manager telling I’m a hassle and never to order from them again. Can not believe it!
I order from this company every other week. They have messed up on my order twice in to weeks and they don't care. We'll Shuhel you have just lost one of your very good customers. Not delivered what I ordered and paid for.
Ordered mix kebab and the donner meat was very tough and probably microwaved. I couldn't finish it. I had to bin it.
Being from london not familiar with Stockport on route to liverpool looked them up google to my surprise Great place with a good selection and doner meat was lovely.
