   Ordered Food and it arrived with mould on. I called the restaurant. To which the man on the phone answered, i explained there is mould on the food. He goes "there couldnt of been mould as i made the food myself." I said but that doesnt mean you checked for mould, I have the food and pictures and i can show you. Then the rudest reply came "yeah yeah ill call you back safe safe." I also ordered a capri sun, andninstead of calling me to ask of a suitable replacement, they sent a pepsi, if i wanted pepsi i wouldve ordered a pepsi. The food is still on my counter the next morning. I will not order from here again. Being spoken to by some wannabe roadman in that manner.

   I've been ordering from Hungry Bitez for over a year now and I always go between the pizza's and the burgers. I can't recommend them enough. Delivery service is spot on, always friendly and the food is amazing!

   DO NOT order from here! Orderd onion rings chips and a pizza when it came was cold and the delivery driver told us to leave a review, first thing we picked up was a pizza slice and had a little black hair on the bottom of it! Couldn’t even eat the rest! When we rang up they asked us if the hair was found on the pizza ! How would they know? When we orderd other things? And they said they would refund us with a pizza I thought about it and would not want to eat from there again! Rang them up again today for a refund and they are acting stupid as if to say we have orders food again today a donner burger and stuff! Sorry but I would never order from them ever again! Watch who your wasting your money on dirty !

   I previously gave this place 3 stars, I retract my review and change it to a measly 1 star. So recently, I thought I'd try this place again. The food didn't come again, I phoned and the owner said the driver lost signal on his Sat Nav when he was near. I work in Solihull Town centre, there are so many taxis that use a Sat Nav and never lose signal, don't know what potato he was using. The owner then had the cheek to say "the drive couldn't find your place, what can I do" So I had to collect my food, but the owner didn't realise I was the person that phoned. He mistook me for a delivery driver. So he handed me my food in a BLACK BAG and said don't let them see the food in the bag, they've been complaining... Not worth it, don't order from here
