First time ordering from here, very disappointing. Me and my partner ordered £25 worth of food and everything was tasteless. Ribs were undercooked, sweet and sour was bland and rice was tasteless. Wont be ordering from here again.
The sweet and sour chicken is SO good, and the spring rolls and prawn toast are just the best. But a few things are quite different - like the crispy chilli beef is in a lot of sauce, whereas we’re used to no sauce. Service was great and it was ready for pick up quickly. Everything was also wrapped well!
Utter rubbish. Waste of money, had a shared appetiser box, egg fried rice and duck chow mein. Not one thing was decent. Ribs dry and chewy, spring rolls tasted frozen. Rice was over cooked and tasteless, as was the chow mein. 5 stars on just eat?? Google and trip advisor say otherwise. Don't waste your time or money, ended up in the bin.
Food tasted horrible. Prawns is the fried rice had gone off. The spare ribs didn't taste like freshly cooked. I had to bin them. My first time of ordering from this place , will never order again
Ordered from The Imperial for many years and to be fair always been highly satisfied but tonights takeaway was the worst I've ever had. The meal was tasteless, the beef was fatty and the less said about the prawn crackers the better. I really think its time we found another Chinese takeaway as this meal was of a very poor standard.

Tried to order twice from this place, on two separate occasions placed an order and both times had our money taken for them to only cancel straight away. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again
Yesterday night I ordered Chips, Meat Pancake Rolls and a portion of Sweet an Sour Sauce. The Chips weren't fresh they looked warmed up plus they were hard. Pancake Rolls were nice, and Sweet an Sour Sauce used to be a rich red colour. This was a vinegar colour. So I ate my Pancake Rolls and left my Chips and Sauce. So £8.40 just to eat the Rolls. I won't order from here ever again.
