I recently ordered from wok2go and the food was a poor standard. The duck only had enough meat for 3 mouthfuls. The rest was bone. The prawn dish had 3 prawns in which is not a main meal and the ribs were greasy. I rang to ask for apartial refund and emailed photos ofthe food. They failed to apologise for the poor qualiity food and refused to refund.
Amazing food, ordered direct for home delivery. Nothing to fault, fresh ingredients, lovely flavours, very hot on arrival.......very impressed and the delivery driver was lovely. This is now our local Chinese takeaway for sure.
Ordered online, turned up at the end of the advised delivery time slot (8pm), was told it wasn’t all ready, and asked to wait. Then told one item wasn’t cooked. Got given order 45 minutes later with sarcastic comments from counter staff about how long I had waited. Food was good, but will try elsewhere in future.
Been going for 8+ years and loved food. Recently orders missing key ingredients such as veg or sauce so mainly ordered online so no misunderstanding. 5th time happened in last 3 months I'd ordered Tofu & Broccoli with salt & pepper. It was a swap from oyster to salt pepper which done for me for many years & is cheaperfor them. The box consisted of half normal size tofu, no Broccoli, no salt pepper & 3 tiny pieces of onion. On return lad apologised and said he'd sort it, then woman same over and said if I wanted salt pepper or Broccoli I'd needed to pay more. Queried low portion of Broccoli and she just stared at me. Refused and asked for refund as tored of just letting mistakes ride - still not arrived and no response to emails. Sadly won't be returning any time soon. You can only put up with so much and the food isn't cheap so you expect what you order.
How disappointing! Ordered sweet & sour chicken with fried rice. There was no sauce with this dish, just a thin coating on the chicken, but no pouring sauce, as previously given on past orders! The fried rice had little egg in it, what is going on with this take-away - always had great meals in the past, but doubt I will shop there again….
I ordered boxing day at 4 pm. Didn't turn up. Not picking up the phone for days. I am going to have to contact my bank to get a refund. AVOID!!!!!!

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews, but our takeout was delicious! The food was very tasty and fresh. Delivery was quick a well. Definitely our go to Chinese in Warrington! Thank you!
Enjoyed pad Thai noodles from the Chester branch through Just eat delivery. Although I enjoyed them, I felt that there were too many noodles packed into the box, and not enough of anything else, I found 1 piece of broccoli at the bottom. It would be nice if less noodles were in the box and more vegetables or other veg items. Thank you
Ordered from here tonight. First time as we're staying local and the food was shocking. Duck chow mein instead of pork so had to wait an extra 10 mins for correct order.. Crispy chilli beef that was soggy and sour. Egg fried rice that was cooked days ago. And duck and pancakes that was just plain disappointing. Service wasn't the best when ordering/ collecting and then cost £38 for food that was un appetising. Ended up eating the children's fish and chips and throwing this away. Avoid this place. Wish I had of checked reviews before ordering.
