   I bought a Magic Bag via TGTG, the lady at thr counter saw me kneeling, she checked on me, on hearing I had back problems she offered me a stool, and then she brought me water. My bag was already packed and it had a smiley face on it, I love little touches like that. Service 200%. 5 stars

   YOU ARE ABSOLUTE DISGRACE !!!! I was invited for collectionafter 15:00 o clock. There is no one serving customers!!!! I have been here 45 minutes now, like an idiot!! Someone sent me to customer service, who was very rude and wouldn’t assist in any way!!! They said I must call yourselves, but no one has the phone number!!!! I spoken to store manager, who was also very rude!!!! She insisted, that it’s not her or Tesco business and refuse to help!!! Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour!!!! Stay away by all means, if you don’t wanna ruin your day!!
