   We used to love this place and came often. But today was shocking. We went with our baby stroller, and a staff member refused to let us sit — saying they “can’t walk here and there,” even though there was plenty of space. This is not just bad service, it’s discrimination against parents. We walked away feeling humiliated. If this is how they treat loyal customers with families, then they’ve lost us for good. We’re deleting the app and will never return.

   It's always busy here during weekends, but I am always lucky to have a corner table not sharing with others. The food is really delicious and the broth is so tasty in the ramen. The hostess is very attentive and very quick on giving us a table. The atmosphere is great. I could see an open kitchen where they dispensed the orders. I also tried their healthy smoothie, although it's good but the glass is too small for the price.

   Me and my sister went there for her birthday and we have found this very nice restaurant were you can have a very delicious meal accompanied by a healthy drink (fresh fruit juice), also the ladies are offering a very good customer service. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN!

   Always good food but when asked if able to do a kids size portion of a normal meal recipe, was told no bit then would do it as "good will gesture" and not to "expect it again" by manager... I presented medical card which showed I had stomach removed, and was treated as of I was a problem. All in all, this WAS my favourite restaurant and food has always been good but due to experience, I'll be finding a new favourite place and not going back.

   First time at Wagamamas.. Really welcoming, our waitress was so lovely and recommended food to us, the food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. The food was so lovely. Great value for money and probably one of my favourite restaurants now. Highly recommend.
