We were visiting from Bristol for the weekend, and after a long drive we thought Wagamama would be a reliable choice, as it’s usually a favourite of ours. Unfortunately, this particular visit didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect. Out of the three team members we interacted with, only one left a positive impression. The service from the others felt unwelcoming, with comments and looks that came across as rude. It got to the point where we had to laugh about it, though it was disappointing at the same time. It’s worth mentioning that the premises weren’t as clean as you would expect. For example, take a look at our menu’s. On top of that, there was confusion when it came to paying. We were given the wrong table number multiple times, which added unnecessary frustration to the experience. We normally enjoy Wagamama and know how good it can be, but sadly, this branch fell short. Until there’s improvement in the service, I’d recommend considering other options nearby.
Really nice bunch of staff at this branch. We always have a laugh, and the service is good. Food is good and usually arrives quickly. The only negative are the toilets - they are horrendous. Need cleaning as well as upgrades/maintenance. The countertop around the sinks is broken and jagged.
The food was brilliant with lots of vegetarian choices! The waiters Joseph, Othniel and a Turkish girl, provided excellent advice, marvellous service and good conversation. Bravo. Made the whole experience very special.

We managed to get a table for 6 pretty quickly at 5:30m pm on a Friday - it got very busy shortly after. The food came very quick, was hot and fresh. The staff were all super friendly and quick to check on us. The restaurant was clean. It is nice to share a table with others and make a few new friends ;0) We would definitely eat here again - they have several restaurants around the country and elsewhere.
Good food and speedy service. Wagamama is pretty reliable with the food! I had the vegan, no duck donburi which I haven't had before. It was ok, the fake egg was very strange!
Had a variety of things but was able to take pictures of these two items. The first picture is fire cracker curry (chicken) comes with rice and it was so so spicy (as the name suggests) buy we enjoyed it. The second picture is that of yaki soba (chicken and prawns) and this one was yum. Spicy teriyaki chicken vegan buns were so good that I only got a small bite. Bang bang cauliflower could have been crisper. Overall a good experience.
