Bought £85 worth of sushi for the family. I promised myself last time I wouldn’t buy here again but did again because everyone wanted sushi. Again a disappointment this place used to be amazing a few years ago all the people making the sushi were Japanese and the quality was amazing at a great price. Now it’s cheap quality, fish doesn’t seem fresh and the presentation is awful. Spicy mayo is used instead of Spicy sauce which changes the flavour, even the wasabi we were given today tasted bland and did not have a kick (maybe it was old?) The prices have also risen by 20%. I would rather pay extra and go to sticks n sushi if I am honest!

I had an amazing experience with the sushi , everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The chef put great care into every dish, and it really showed. The customer service was excellent as well the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. If you love sushi or want to try something special , I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Delicious salmon set, freshly made inside out rolls, and Donburi are all reasons to come back again.

After an amazing trip to Japan, where I fell in love with the food, I found Atariya Foods Kingston in Kingston, London—a true Japanese gem. Their fresh tuna and salmon are perfect for making my own sushi, and the skilled chefs create authentic dishes. We’re lucky to have it! Please open a branch near Sutton Station, Sutton High Street, Sutton, London. I bought KOSHIHIKARI sushi rice, sashimi set, Mizkan vinegar, and Kaitatuya seaweed to make my own sushi, plus S&B Torokeru Curry Sauce for katsu curry. I enjoyed the Tuna Blast Sushi, Yakitori, Edamame, sweet Daifuku, Goma Wakame Salad, and fresh Tuna and Salmon Lover Sushi. The Spicy Salmon Onigiri was delicious—please add a spicy salmon roe version like in Japan!

Love this place for all things japanese and freshly made sushi. The staff is extremely welcoming (you can hear them greet you in japanese when you enter, and thank you for coming when you leave). Their sushi hands down beats any other in kingston.

I went to Atariya this afternoon and the people were so kind, the sashimi and sushi I ordered was top quality. The Salmon was buttery and really fresh. Best Sushi and sashimi I have had in the UK.

Simply the best place in SW London for authentic Japanese sushi and sashimi. Have been coming here for 20 years (back in the day when it was called Miura Foods.) Excellent quality fish. Great staff. Open through the majority of our COVID lockdown providing the people of Kingston with delicious Japanese food.
