   The taste is absolutely not same how you get in other stores. Second time I went and both times very disappointing . Very dry meat not juicy feels like it’s been reheated from yesterday.i can guess this place possibly is franchise..

   kokoro is a wonderful place to eat. they have amazing portions which make sure you're not only full, but that you're not wasting your money. The food tastes amazing (id personally recommend their large sweet and sour chicken bowl with rice).

   8 years ago :You will find lots of seating because staff are so bad you take your food home. No staff around because they are chatting in the back only come out when they hear the door. Great spicy food but don't expect customer service. ** June 2025 Delivered food from here you know its bad when the Noodles had to be recooked at home. Barely cooked, oily and overly sugared. Katsu curry as also been watered down before it arrived so disappointed with how bad its become never again

   Amazing food!!!! Big portions!!! Came here after a first and last experience with a wagamama delivery. The kokoro delivery came and wow, the katsou chicken and rice bowl was amazing! Large tub of curry sauce, lots of rice and plenty of chicken. Genuinely cant fault it. Super happy and will definitely be ordering again having to visit Croydon with work on a regular basis. Thanks all! Amazing food!

   Food is always great. However, the area looked very dirty as it was my first time going in store rather than order online. I did get a bit put off but they have a food hygiene rating of 5 so I couldn’t drop more than a star since it may have been because it was a Friday. Oh and it was very difficult to get in with the buggy and nobody helps you so I can’t imagine how difficult it must be, well almost impossible for someone with a wheelchair due to the step and the width of the door!

   Ive ordered 3 times from Kokoro and each there is no Salmon Teryaki. If its only an afternoon option, take it off the menu. The hot food is very sweet but they do give you so much, its a two day dinner. However, after reading the reviews about stale food, racist and unprofessional staff and dirty tables I worry that the freshness of the meat dishes is being mask by the sauce. For the price, I think I'm going to leave Kokoro until the reviews change, especially as I order online so cannot see what is happening in store.

   (Sushi)It seems like a lot of vinegar in rice,or it is something which makes rice very salty,avocado is not ready-hard to eat,salmon is delicious and fresh, so 2 stars ,won't buy again... Also ,sushi sticks were not even wrapped with anything ,which shows me, that dust could get there before they gave them to me..
