   I had such a great experience at Itsu today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — I tried the little rice bowl, chicken & spring onion gyoza, and a refreshing can of Zen Water, all of which were delicious and satisfying. What truly made my visit special, though, was the service. Gülsen was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect, and her positive energy added so much to my dining experience. Thank you, Itsu, and especially thank you to Gülsen for making my lunch both tasty and memorable!

   I went there today, the place seemed very overcrowded, but I didn’t pay attention to that I went to grab my favorite sushi and there was only one set of them left, yep they didn’t seem like something going to be off, so I bought it and went home, when I got home I started eating the sushi the first of all The rice was hard and crunchy, so it wasn’t cooked properly. The second of all it seemed like sushi was on the counter over a day as the seemed tired. Yup they didn’t seem place and staff seemed kind but level of sushi needs to improve

   Bland tasting noodles. Nothing Asian about this fast food. Not tasty, not spicy even though I ordered their spicy dish. Very busy though. The couple of seats and tables they have are uncomfortable. Seats are mounted to the floor but too close to the tables. Very hard to eat that way. If you go here order their take-out. But I recommend you go somewhere else for something better. Sorry to say ...

   Very good variety of options available for vegetarians both from the cold takeout and hot food menus. Service is extremely quick and dishes taste very good. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat or in a rush and cannot decide, Itsu might prove to be a welcome surprise. Also easily accessible since they are located in all major hubs in London.

   Great sushi, their hot food is also tasty. Best time to go for sushi is 30 mins before they close for 50% off. Admittedly the sushi at the time it goes to 50% is not quite as fresh, but its priced fairly. Staff are freindly and polite, service at the tills was speedy meaning no ques. I didn't see any form while sitting in to eat. Take away and eat in is an option, there are more seats to the back, so ample space to find somewhere to eat your food before heading back out into the city streets.

   We visited here for lunch but they are only participating in eat out to help out at specific times of the day which was confusing. The gyoza, and mango mochi were lovely but I have to admit the teriyaki rice bowl was really disappointing the rice was so dry and chewy.
