Im not a massive mcdonalds fan but this is a very good one. Its very clean with ample parking and the staff will bring your food to the table. The fries always taste fresh, the staff are nice and my kids love it. Its also good value in 2025
Just placed my first Ubereats order with this store, they failed to pack three main items, one big Mac and two chicken wraps. No answer to our phone calls, they clearly couldn't care less, but they've taken our money. Ubereats upheld their part of the deal and delivered on time. We will never visit or reorder from them again, absolutely no accountability for their failings. We'll never use them again and I'd advise anyone to do the same.
My family holiday has been ruined after ordering from here. We were missing a big mac and two whole wraps. Avoid this mcdonald's at all costs!!! We have been left malnourished. We called and were met with no response. You have lost valuable customers here.
McDonald's never disappoints, especially if you're with kids. The Happy Meal toys always make them excited, and the nuggets are perfectly cooked every time. The restaurant was clean tables were wiped down, and staff were courteous. Love that the menu is consistent across locations, so you always know what to expect. Something very strange going on here…how can you get simple things so wrong? Take note all managers, your team is only as good as the training and support you give them!! Got my order totally wrong and items missing, then the food tasted….odd. Hope senior team sees all these reviews *update - I was violently sick a few hours after this review!!!!!!!*
Don’t go here. They got an order that cost order £20 pounds wrong. We order large meals with milkshakes, the shakes had the consistency of the water and both weren’t even full actually one was barely half filled. The food was over cooked and the fries, when I ask for large fries I expect it to be large not half fully. Absolutely won’t be going again here and I’d advise people to not go. Useless.

Ordered a deluxe hot chocolate via the app to be brought out to my car as I’m on a long journey, only to find out they didn’t put the whipped cream on it. Already left so no point in turning back now. The hot chocolate is quite tasteless without it so bit of a waste.
Good car park, plenty of spaces but keep driving round towards the exit to find more. Food was fairly quick to come, staff service was pretty poor, just slid me my bag of food, no comments or thankful so little disappointing, and some very strange noises coming from the kitchen staff. But hey ho.. the food was good, well prepared hot and tasted good so that pretty much balanced it out.
I know it's only MacDonald's but standards aren't great here. Ordering on the drive through was difficult, staff member failing to understand a basic order responding with 'urr', and 'what?' When we got to the payment window, there was clearly a sign on the door behind the attendant which said one staff member only, but there was two in there, and realised why the first was failing to follow my order as clearly distracted. No idea what the attendant said to me behind a mask and the perspex screen. The staff member at the second window however was very friendly, big smile and efficient.
