Visited Charcoal Chicken when it wasn’t too busy, and there was plenty of seating available for all group sizes. The atmosphere felt family-friendly and welcoming. Service was impressively quick, and the staff were polite and efficient. As expected from the name, the menu focuses heavily on chicken dishes. Prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes offer great value for money. Overall, a solid spot for a casual meal. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Been ordering for awhile. Very disappointed today! First of all missing sheesh kebab with platter, secondly dry chicken and last the wings were bloody awful, literally burnt couldn’t even find a piece of chicken to chew, ate the lamb chop, and had to eat naan with fries and salad. Ordered bang on 12pm so would have thought it would be fresh but definitely wasn’t fresh! Definitely something wrong in the kitchen either new chef or you just don’t care. Won’t be ordering again!

The food is actually nice and chicken is grilled freshly in front of you. The portions of fries however are small and should have more provided. No drinks, even when ordering a meal and when I asked, the guy sounded like he was doing me a favour by giving me my food. Parking outside and room to eat inside but very few do. They take card payments which is good to know.

This shop is a part of Pelham roundabout history since mid 2000s, almost everyone local and in the surrounding areas has been to this place and had its grilled food, the food here is excellent ma sha Allah, one of the healthiest places you can eat from in and around that area, the brothers working at the shop are very down to earth hardworking people, you also have the option to pay by cash or card. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know, I’ve been eating from this grill house since it was actually called charcoal chicken! And almost everyone still remembers it as that.

The food is pretty good, no complaints and I'm normally picky, nan bread is fresh and soft, chicken is well cooked and tasty.

Really good charcoal chicken in taste and have decent portion. Haven't tried anything else apart from jerk chicken meal and it's really good. Price has bit increased now but as understandable due to rising cost.
