A huge thank you to John for his impeccable customer service! Had taken my mother after a hospital appointment at Barts. John was very warming and attentive to us there. The food was great for an on the go meal but service made the experience 10x better. Would highly recommend!!
Took couple of older relatives to eat.. the service was fantastic. John assisted with order and was attentive as though in a restaurant. He offered a taste of Miso soup for them to try. It was such a nice touch and so much appreciated.
This restaurant’s right on my way to uni. The food’s really fresh and they offer a student discount, perfect for when you don’t have time to cook. Ms. Gloria, who works there, is always super friendly and helpful. If you finish work or class late, you can get half-price deals around 7–8 PM! Totally recommend!

It was my first time to itsu. My prawn poke bowl looked good and tasted fresh. Thanks Gloria to helped to make the choice from so many different selections. She explained the differences and understood what’s the best for me with her professional and friendly service. She also recommended a miso soup for food pairing and gave me a fortune cookie which made my experience even more unforgettable. All the food and service I had was amazing. Definitely will come again to try more different things in this shop.
Food is really nice and the service is very fast and efficient.
Food is fabulous, service was really in question as it's a self service, however a female member of staff appeared and was helpful with questions and direction. Atmosphere is a tricky one as it is what it is a fast food stop off, it was clean and adequate.

Great food at terrific prices. Atmosphere diminished by contactless ordering and payment consoles that serve to hide and anonymise the staff from customers making for an almost chilling experience.
