    I ordered a hot meal from Itsu expecting something light and healthy, but it was a complete disaster. The food was incredibly salty — to the point where it was almost inedible. Every bite felt like a mouthful of soy sauce and salt. For a brand that markets itself as “healthy fast food,” this was shocking. I could literally feel my blood pressure rising halfway through the meal. To make things worse, the packaging says “low calorie and nutritious,” but there’s nothing healthy about consuming enough sodium to cause instant hypertension.

    This itsu is located in the retail area below the taxi rank/bus stop area of the west side of the Shard. Nice and unbusy when I came to get some sushi on a Saturday noon. Staff were helpful. There doesn’t seem to be many other, if any, itsu’s that are open on the weekend so I appreciate this store in particular. I came to do business at noon on Saturday 11th October and the staff member was very polite and friendly. Please ensure that she is recognised for this.

    I’ve been to this Itsu a few times and their service has always been impeccable. Food always felt fresh, today I added the egg with one of the noodle bowls and it was perfectly poached. This branch never disappoints.

    We had a teriyaki rice bowl and gyoza with noodles in broth which were both very good. The restaurant was very quiet in the evening but the service was friendly and the food came very quickly. There are cushioned benches, charging points and security clips under the high tables.

    Lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of London bridge. I found eating in there peaceful and tranquil. The food came in 1 minute and was warm and delicious. Staff are such a help and I will definitely be back

    I was going to give it a 5 star until I got home and found in the bag it was missing 2 things. I am physically disabled so I asked a male employee for help. It looked as though he had helped me but like I said in the bag when I got home found 2 things missing. Not good experience next time I go to Guy's hospital for an appointment will not be going there as I have been going regularly to Guy's hospital for medical appointments since 2019 had passed this place and thought I would treat myself to some sushi as I can't make it myself anymore due to pain. Sushi wasn't good as well. I got taught by Japanese people to make sushi. Rice wasn't even shiny so no fan going on when they included the rice vinegar. Make it yourself quicker and nicer.

    Me and they family have been here before, just the once. It's just another chain in the line of many, the place is nice itself, just isn't very family friendly if you have a pram but still doable. Again, not too bad for a quick meal.
