   Dining with Chef Laurie was an absolute treat. The menu was creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavours that worked together perfectly. Every course felt special, from the attention to detail on the plate to the way each dish was introduced. It honestly felt like bringing a Michelin-star restaurant into my own home. A truly memorable experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

   We hired Chef Laurie/The Manchester Pasta Company for our wedding and he did not disappoint! We had great communication in the lead up to the wedding where we discussed what types of food we liked and what we didn’t and it resulted in Chef Laurie creating a bespoke menu for us. We have been fortunate enough to sample food from many places and we can safely say that the food made for us was the best food we have ever tried (that includes food from the 3 Michelin Star restaurant - L’Enclume). The flavours, the textures, variety and service were spectacular and we are so pleased that we found Chef Laurie/The Manchester Pasta Company. They helped to make our big day perfect and will share a very special place in our hearts and memories. It’s clear that Laurie has a lot of experience with food and masterfully puts that experience into his creations. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a chef for an event, small get together or for a private dining experience and we will be sure to him again in the future.    What an experience. The menu changes for each event, but the one we had came with a glass of Prosecco was very elegant The location threw us slightly but don’t be alarmed it’s a hidden gem. The portion sizes were really good considering it’s supposed to be a tasting style menu. Will certainly be returning

   Amazing dining experience at Manchester Pasta Co’s pop up event. Each course was incredible, beautifully presented and just so delicious. The whole experience felt so special, with friendly and attentive staff and a perfect choice of wines to pair with the food. As a veggie I was well catered for, and didn’t feel like I was missing out or getting second best at all (a rare find with tasting menus!). Laurie is such a talented chef, and it’s so brillaint to have something like this in Manchester. 100% recommend!

   Had a wonderful time at the September pop-up event, every course was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The menu was full of tasty ingredients from start to finish and we can’t wait to try more dishes! Laurie is obviously a talented chef and the serving team were lovely too. Great atmosphere in a cool venue. Highly recommended!

   Truly Amazing! Just had a truly amazing experience in an unbelievably amazing venue in Manchester last night. This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food and wine was second to none, a truly unique stunning night out enjoyed by all. Watch this space Laurie and his staff are going places. Cannot recommend the Manchester Pasta Company highly enough, the only disappointment was that the next night was sold out. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can. If you can, treat yourselves to a fantastic culinary and very special experience and support and follow the Manchester Pasta Company.

We have yet been unable to attend one of the pop up evenings in Manchester but looking forward to book in the near future as the options look fabulous.

   Laurie is a very talented chef, as well as being a lovely and genuine person. I’ve been lucky enough to try his food on several occasions now and each time it has been absolutely delicious and on par with any fine dining food I’ve had. You can see his passion for what he does in his cooking and I would highly recommend going to his pop up events, or hiring him for a private dinner party!
