Service here is awful. The girl always rushes. One time I ordered on the app for collection and when I arrived, the member of staff said she did not have my filling in stock. She could not refund me or reimburse my points used towards my order for the 2 subs and she phoned her manager to support me and she did absolutely nothing instead. The customer service is dreadful - they could have perhaps called me instead of wasting my time to drive and collect my order that they could not even make. Also, a random man who does not even work for Subway was hanging around in the back with the girl who served me. Very dodgy Subway branch this is. I am a regular customer of Sears Retail branch and will remain to go there instead of here even though this one is closer to home. Very disappointing but I hope there will be improvements.

Ordered a foot long with some other bits, came on time no issue. The food on the other handed absolutely shocking, the bread was burnt and stale. Didn’t put the right ingredients in, was cut in 2 and half different places..the whole point of ordering subway is because it’s quick simple, and can’t really be messed up… I’ve been proved wrong. Called them many a times but did not answer the phone, no care in there service or effort in preparing the food. I would highly recommend staying away from this branch as you’re literally just throwing money in the bin. 1/10 and the one is for the drinks.

This subway deserves to be shut down! Absolutely awful, cannot communicate at all and have incompetent staff. Ordered on Uber Eats and the order was too such a poor quality. Cheesy garlic bread without any cheese??? A burnt footlong with super stale bread! Complained to the branch and got told they would send a new one which they never did so had to go in store and get the order re-made! Absolutely shocking and would not RECOMMEND!!

I am surprised to see such poor and disgusting food quality that almost food poisoned me if we eat it. I have to bin it. I have ordered two brown bread sandwiches footlong from them through another fraud company called UBER eats. My breakfast was ruined up by receiving contaminated ingredients and bed smiling food it was an expired ingredients old bread. Not even the right order. Sandwich was wrong as well. I got white and brown , whereas I ordered both brown bread. Please AVOID THEM in case you ordered their food and found it in the same condition that I had, then bin it. Don't think about money you wasted on them. Think about your health comes first.

Terrible service!!! Do not have any idea about customer service. I got shouted at for chasing an order that was 25 mins late. I got told to wait. Its been over an 1 hour 35mins ! I live 4 mins away on car! Worst service ever!!!

This subway branch is normally my go to however since it’s under new management the service has been absolutely disgusting by the manager himself (mohesh) he does not know how to deliver good customer service. There’s been a few lovely girls in headscarves that have been absolutely so great and so polite and another gentlemen James he always has been professional too. I will not be using this branch anymore due to the manager delivering poor customer service even after telling him multiple times on how I want my sandwich made he still went ahead and didn’t listen and just argued with me. Shoutout to them lovely headscarf girls and James!

Ordered delivery from justeat. Look at this meatball sandwich. Come on!! We also paid for guac and didn't get it. The tuna was missing lettuce and tomato and this is the saddest tuna sandwich ever. Don't waste your time.
