Firstly, customer service can barely understand English, they struggle to read it and understand your issue, secondly little adjustments which are easily implemented are a struggle due to 'that's not how it's programmed' even though all they have to do is delete 2 digits and replace it with 1. Thirdly, changes were requested with payment due to an order not being accepted as the resident had gone out so I made sure x amount of orders had to be card payment only which was not even achieved although an assistant claimed they had done it previously. Poorly run company and definitely never going to achieve the status of other platforms. My advice stay away as when you leave they take down the website too.
