Ordered for 8.30,they turned up at 8.50,after ringing shop no reply until 10pm patgetic service no food,10 quid down and no food ,stay clear
Ordered through UBER eats never got my order. After I rang 1 hrs 30 mins later said they had a power cut. After 2 hour rang again and said don't deal with Uber eats. Ridiculously unprofessional. Never again
1 star is even too much always late been waiting over 1 hour 10 minutes + Kebab meats awful proper gone down hill now only thing thats stayed the same is pizza really bad
I have orderd few Times, Food was still Hit at delivery time, Taste was amazingly good plus nice staff, definitely recommend it
Probably the best pizza in the Goldthorpe, Bolton, Thurnscoe and Gt Houghton areas. Thin and crispy, with a decent amount of toppings. And the best part is they are not swimming in grease, like most other pizza shops in the area.
Very rude, ordered food with notes to say we don't want certain things on it, as an allergy. Came with things we cannot eat of well die... Told nothing they want to do about it and said 'boss is in tomorrow, get a refund then' and hung up. Absolutely disgusting. We've used this place a lot, but after tonight they can nackers. I WILL BE THERE TOMORROW FOR A REFUND ON THE FOOD WE HAD TO WASTE AND FOR A FACE-TO-FACE APOLOGY FROM THE RUDE PERSON WE HAD ON THE PHONE.. NOT HAPPY
Ordered via just eat with a request that the under base of the pizza was dry. Ouch, all toppings slid off the slice when lifted, also box was wet through. Not had a pizza from here in a while after similar experience’s but thought ‘ give it another try’. Will stick to buying pizza from Asda in the future as far better than here ( and a damm sight cheaper).
We ordered a meal for six people, gave the address 3 times and told we were next, we waited 46 minutes and rang asking after our food. It had been taken to the wrong address. I was told it was down to a language barrier, we then got a delivery with our 46 minute old food we turned it away, sorry guys it's a no from us.
Not eaten from here in a while but thought id treat kids. Food was bloody delicious. R Jakes burger was huge and large kebab meat fed 3 of us. So 12quid to feed 4 can't be bad can it especially when it tastes amazing too. X
