Absolutely disgusting, most foul food I have ever eaten - better off giving it to the dog. We live 2 minutes away and the fish was sopping and lost all its batter the moment we opened it, barely cooked. Chips were lukewarm and hard. Order was incorrect at the till, then also when we got home. Curry sauce was forgotten- and we had a very small order; 2 fish, large chips and curry sauce, not hard. Horrible atmosphere, one employee brandishing a cigarette inside the door. Will never visit again, truly disgusted.

visited your chip shop recently to get a cone of chips, but I was absolutely horrified by what I witnessed. Staff were speaking in a completely unacceptable and disrespectful way to another team member right in front of customers. It was deeply uncomfortable to witness, and I felt so disgusted by the behaviour that I walked out without even collecting my order , if I could rate this 0 stars I would !!!!

Fabulous fish & chips, the best in the area. Haddock is big and the chips are really tasty! I definitely recommend going!

I'm from the north and like gravy with a meal. Chips down south are not very good usually, and this place is the same. I think they are the wrong potatoes and cooked wrong. Dry inside with a feeling of being slightly raw. They need to be stored in water and a different potato used. Pie was microwaved and then put in the heater so not crisp. But a good pie. Mushy peas are good but the chips are the main thing and not good. Staff very friendly though.

Ordered from here a few times. Chips are always lovely, kebabs are MASSIVE and not overally greasy and they even went above and beyond to sort something out for my son who has food allergies he could eat something. Staff are lovely as well. Definitely recommend

Friendly staff. But since new manager, chip's haven't been great. Other week chip's was greasy and didn't taste the same. And this evening seems like they gave me the last of the old chips instead of cooking fresh. Putting me off going again. Apart from that, every thing else on order has been fine.
