Bibimbaps are delicious but they could be more authentic if the dolsots (stone bowls) are hotter and served with gochujang (hot sauce) The kid menu could be better too…
Wagyu was delicious! The custard buns are even better! Definitely try the chicken teriyaki bibimbap (if you have space left over!) 100% recommend going for a meal or even a date-night; friendly staff & the atmosphere couldn’t get any better :)
Good lunch for two - cost about £60 for two with soft drinks. Staff are friendly and made good menu suggestions. Food overall pretty good with the aubergine and bibimbap being standouts. Fried rice wasn’t my favourite (think the kitchen uses sushi rice) but overall it was very enjoyable. Would return.
Excellent Asian food. Absolutely superb. We loved it, top class food and so delicious. Excellent service and highly recommend. We over ordered because we love good food and could hardly waddle out !
Went for an early dinner on Friday evening and had a highly enjoyable meal, food was fresh, cooked perfectly and flavorsome. I was a little concerned at the size of the menu but we should not have worried, great to have this on our doorstep, we plan to return soon!
Great food, presentation and service. Something different in Bromley and we'll worth trying! We took our 11 and 12 year old kids to celebrate there ( my daughter chose the restaurant) and they even ate the amazing aubergine and liked it! My only criticism is the music played, and I understand it is there to draw away the sound from the shopping centre, they have turned the volume down for us but it was bit repetitive and could be more relaxing.
There are some great restaurants in Bromley but Kobe Jones is a cut above all of them. The quality of the food is out of this world and Bromley is privileged to have their chef. Don't visit without trying the aubergine. This is the best thing that's ever happened to an aubergine! And I normally don't like them. The rice is crunchy and spicy and continues to cook in the bowl. The charcoal custard dim sum buns ooze hot custard. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Simply lovely!
Thank you Yo Sushi - if you had a table free we would never have found this amazing place We love fine food but a trip to the Glades doesn’t normally bring a gourmet delight to mind but now we have found Kobe Jones we will be back again and again. If you live anywhere near Bromley go and try it with an open mind because if we lose it we’ll only have ourselves to blame. Every course of the small plates we had was exceptional The yellow fin tuna in the picture was exquisite but the rest was equally good and so beautifully presented (was too busy eating to take pics) The wine and drinks list is also brilliant with some really interesting wines beers & sake The service was brilliant as well from the lovely girl front of house to Josue our waiter who was attentive, knowledgeable and lovely. Best place by far in Bromley
I thought this place was brilliant! Hayley, our server, was fantastic; nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious! We had to eat rather quickly as we only had parking for 30 and despite there only being 1 of the 8 burners working we left fully satisfied. We will definitely return.
