   My friend and I were very satisfied with Boo. 10/10. The food is very filling and affordable. It is also Halal and they have BEEF bacon, which was exciting to have in our burger. The staff truly catered to our needs Can't wait to return, Boo.

The addition of a self-service kiosk is a convenient touch, removing the need to order at the counter and streamlining the process. The customer service was generally good, and while my order arrived quickly, a few of my friends experienced delays with theirs. I ordered the Chick-A-Boo burger dipped in sticky sauce, which lived up to its name—sticky and flavorful! The taste was enjoyable and worth trying for those who appreciate bold, saucy flavors. The restaurant provides plenty of seating and is very family-friendly, making it a great spot for both casual outings and group gatherings. Overall, Boo Restaurant is a solid choice for a satisfying and modern dining experience.

   Boo Leicester was always a personal favourite- to where my friends and I would drive from Birmingham just for their JUICY burgers. Yesterday, I had the privilege of visiting our city’s very first Boo and WOW was I impressed. The decor was in line with the modern, clean and understated design that we know from Leicester. Customer service was impeccable (we’ve always loved Boo for their friendly staff) with the manager, Faizan, personally greeting us and ensuring we were comfortable. Finally, the food… the very reason we would travel 50 mins for a burger. Absolutely impeccable!! The sticky wings were of excellent quality. The ziggy fries in the nacho cheese just melts in the mouth. One bite of the Big Boo and your taste buds are greeted by the crisp of the onions and the tenderness of the smashed patty. Overall, really impressed by Boo Moseley and really highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. Dear Management, thanks for bringing Boo to Birmingham and glad to hear you’re expanding in the city!

   Tried for the first time and enjoyed my visit. Chicken tenders were divine. Staff were super friendly and offers a great service. Really enjoyed the ambience and food. Recommend visiting.

   Had high hopes but was quickly let down. Very slow service from a place that looks like an established branch. Chicken burger was very plain, the burger from your local chippies for a fraction of the price will be a much better option. Got classic beef burger 6oz was ok, but no flavour. Not worth a revisit. Try jaqks for a fried chicken burger.

   I’ve been to the Leicester branch and absolutely loved it and was honestly the best smash burger I had. Birmingham branch is nothing like the Leicester branch in terms of quality. Meat patty was dry and very chewy, only nice thing was the taste of the patty as I like the seasoning which is used. Staff were all in their own world and didn’t really seem to care when it came to customers on my visit, which again is not something I expected as the staff at Leicester were much more attentive.
