   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Accidentally placed an order with them on Just Eat as I thought I was ordering from Brookvale Chips. Immediately, I tried to call and cancel the delivery, they told me I couldn't cancel as the delivery driver had just left. I asked manager if he could call the delivery driver, the house it was being delivered to was a 3mins drive away. He proceeded to be pushy, have attitude and made no attempts to cancel the food. When the delivery driver came I rejected the food several times, he was also pushy and determined for me to take the food and make the sale, when the driver finally left I thought it was over. Only to find the disgusting person left the food outside at night on the doorstep. I DREAD TO THINK WHAT WILDLIFE THE FOOD WOULD HAVE ATTRACTED TO OUR DOORSTEP!!!! 0/5 NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. - I usually drive past this place and it's usually empty for a reason. I'd advise not listening to the current reviews.

   I had one of the worst meals of my life at This Chip Shop.The food was cold,greasy & tasted old, of sitting around for hours.The chips were soggy and bland,the fish was overcooked and rubbery, and the oil tasted stale and burnt. To make things worse,the service was rude and careless no apology,no effort to make things right.I honestly can’t believe they serve food like this to paying customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.Avoid it completely unless you want to waste your money and appetite.WORST CHIP SHOP EVER!!! I will only recommend fruit shoot because they don’t make it.Just Don’t Bother!!!

   EXTORTIONATE, rude and disgusting. £4 for a measly portion of chips and a scraggly piece of ‘sausage’. Alongside rude customer service since they wouldn’t accommodate my son’s wishes and place a splotch of ketchup in a tub rather than lather it over the ‘meal’ that was presented to him. Avoid at all costs. No wonder they had no customers. I wouldn’t come in here if I was starving and it was the last place open, grotty mess. Competitors within the area do it better and for cheaper. I will never be returning.

   Amazing fish and chip shop!! Me, my mum, and my nan came in so hungry after a long day and was great by a friend staff. We order chicken and chips, fish and chips, and drinks and all sorts and they made sure all of the food was fresh!!! We were very impressed and had to right a review.

   This is our local and we have used it for many years. There's been a recent change of ownership and a refresh of both the service area and the menu. Both are impressive, we have tried a wide variety of food and it's always freshly cooked and delicious. Good size portions mean value for money and friendly staff mean we'll keep coming back for more. Would recommend.
